There is nothing wrong with her house, it has 4 bedrooms, so basically there is 3 bedrooms for her 4 children!!!

She just has all the wrong furniture in the house, she has a big couch in the sitting room & right behind the adjoining double doors in to the kitchen she has a big L shaped couch in the kitchen. She just needs to remove that & put in a big family dining table etc.

The house is a terraced, that’s the only downside to it, but it is in a fairly good location

House has not aged well. Shoddy workmanship. Kitchen not great. Bathrooms need a total renovation. 1 bathroom, 1 en-suite. Mouldy showers. Anyone else allergic to a bin in a bathroom? No pics of downstairs WC 🚾
What are those stains on her bedroom carpet?
Probably would have left the doors on that utility shut 🤣.

The furniture is for a house three times that size you can barely open the front door because of the console..

Didn’t Marty originally work with an interior designer on this house? They only seem to have partially renovated the downstairs according to the photos. The utility is horrendous as as is the bathroom and en-suite. Not to mention the state of the fireplace 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

It’s as old as the hills. It looks like the leftovers of the original house. Or else the photographer is a Tattler and deliberately did an atrocious job.

Dublin prices are crazy, I don’t blame her wanting more space for the family especially outside. Between both their medical jobs they would be in a good position financially, add her influencer pay and a new home equals lots of new content and opportunity to earn more. Can’t believe she needs a babymoon after all the trips she has had, spoilt much?!

I'm sure we'll find out. The only reason I saw her house up for sale was because I was searching Daft to see what was available in that general area for a friend who is new to Dublin and looking. I recognised Martina's house straight away because of a collab she did years ago for the windows/ front door and when I clicked into I was able to recognise every single room.

How that doesn't terrify a mum of 3 (soon to be 4!) who persistently advertises when she is away, is beyond me.

If she has any sense at all, she'll stick to dresses and her sizing obsession in the new gaff.

No amount of income would pay me to loose all control over my privacy.

OMG. I assumed you lived in the area 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Her house in particular is in the hole of the estate and more Nutgrove than Rathfarnham.

I laughed at the barcode sticker still on the kitchen table and the hole in the wall in the bathroom where the light should be.

Fur coat, no knickers.

She bought in terenure, hers would be 60+ all her collab money and sure she doesn't spend money, everything is free!!
