This completely. It's called 'married' at first sight but we're just not getting to see anything of their ' married' life at all. What a waste of a series.

i actually know someone who is very similar to gemma and when i first met her,i was appalled and embarassed by her talk and lack of awareness of surroundings,time and place, etc., as were others in our work place, but as time went on,we realised its not that shes, just a common, crude or sex mad person, but that it was just her personality,being comfortable in herself to broach these subjects and her way of reacting to situations when shes nervous. matts eyes just seemed to narrow and he closed down,shes not his cup of tea but she will be someones,same as matt,she was hurt in tonights episode and lashed out by telling him to just" feck off then" if hes not interested then he should just be trueful and go, but because they are not really married,they( a few of them on that program i think)have no desire to work things through,adapt to life as a couple or consider the other person, it makes me question why they want to stay (must be for the exposure for either their careers or buisnesses) if not for love or a relationship. if your married, you consummate the union or you seek an anullment,its like they are playing at it.

Pretty much what I expected from an eye spy on Matt's insta. He sounds like he's advertising herbalife. Very MLM bossman talk... him and Kwame will get on. Then fighting in Hull. You can see just by looking at him hes an angry basta*d. Anyone with face tattoos is basically just saying "look at me" or "I'm up for an argument with the first person who slates my face art"!

fully agree with this, it’s been an odd series. the cast are interesting (as much as i don’t like some of them) but i feel like we’re not getting to know them at all - we’re just seeing everything in glimpses, the best part of the show has always been them interacting as a group and seeing them in the apartments etc. we seem to be missing half the show!

The way he talks is so cringe 🤢 I also wish I had the balls to comment on his IG correcting his spelling of "peace of mind" but he'd probably hunt me down and fight me

Maybe his failed military career aspirations have led him to overcompensate in other ways. The face tattoos, steroids and Jordan Peterson/Joe Rogan definitions of masculinity. He refers to his dogs as "wolves" :rolleyes: The emotional maturity just isn't there, as witnessed during the dinner party. The biggest Alpha in the room also happens to be the most easily rattled. Gemma's crudeness sent Matt storming for the exit, needing to cool down after a testosterone fueled blowup.

On a side note, business at his barbershop appears to have flatlined. I wandered past yesterday evening, glancing through the window to observe some truly terrible skin fades and regrettable tattoos. And I'm just referring to the staff, as every chair sat empty; not a single customer in sight.
 
I’m still a few episodes behind so loosely reading but have watched the new weddings, and read the comments about Gemma here. If Matt doesn’t like her (I’ve not got that far yet) then I’m gutted for her because she seems infatuated but what a crass over bearing woman.
I do feel for her friend who was on here saying how much we were all going to love her though. 🙈🙆‍♂️😫

I think he is getting better. He went off with Adrian and seemed to calm down without screaming at Adrian that he didn't have his back. It must be exhausting for Adrian though. They do seem very cute together though.

What happened to Kwame and Kasia? Last we saw was her saying she was wearing a pink dress with no bra and knickers and then I don't think we saw them again.
