How can one leave a job as distinguished as this to appear on reality TV?! I honestly think this generation's priorities and decision making has been totally skewered by years of mindless, validation-seeking television and social media.

I am sure the TV company worded it to them leaving in a certain way so 1. they would leave without a scene and 2. if needed (which has happened) they could spin it as told to leave vs they chose to leave after discussions.
