i think you’re exactly right. this is also why she seems repulsed by open displays of affection imo (or she could be asexual? she genuinely seems like all kinds of romantic gestures or being tactile with a partner are disgusting to her). that level of entitledness has to come from somewhere though.

i think adrian and thomas are just the polar opposites of each other’s types but that adrian kind likes the drama in some way. he looks at thomas like he’s watching him from a distance. i think they already know they’re not going to work but are both enjoying the show too much to leave 🤣

Yep I know, it’s just if he is so repulsive to her and she ‘can’t do this any more’ she would override the rule and just leave.

I don’t understand her motivations for remaining in the process besides exposure and more Insta followers.

Duka is showing so much restraint! She would’ve pushed my buttons a long time ago!

Did you all know that Marilyse from last year used to date PJay? She wouldn’t reveal who she dated at first, I was hoping it was George just to see the tears of anguish from certain members on here 😉

I’m bored again so I decided to a little digging on our Whitney, initially I found the news articles on her mums death which refers to her as Whitney Elizabeth and having two brothers Kieran and Daryl.

A search of Whitney Elizabeth Hughes brings up reference to a LinkedIn profile saying she is a PA at KH Security.

KH security is of course Kieran Hughes who has filed accounts claiming that he is a sole employee and no money.

(Oddly enough said LinkedIn profile has since been deleted.)

So how does someone who does (or doesn’t) work for her brothers 2 bit loss making security company afford the first class flight to Dubai that’s posted on her IG at this time?

Apart from fame, I think one of the reasons that couples don't choose to leave is because the show is a fun thing to do. From the previews, we can see that the producers set up days out and group activities to do. Even the dinner parties. They might be long to film but it's basically a day of eating and drinking as much as you want for free while you sit gossiping with the people that you do like on the show. On the original version of the show, the couples never met apart from briefly once we were a few series in. They married, went on honeymoon then returned to normal life. They would be shown returning from work and cooking dinner at home etc. It wasn't like they were going to miss anything exciting if they left early compared to the current series.

i think this is definitely why both adrian and thomas in particular are seeing it out. i can’t blame them! you know there’s nothing going to happen between you and your husband but you get to stay in a nice flat, do activities, have nice dinners, drink and basically watch live theatre - all for free. i’d probably go through to the end too 🤣
