I think they’re both quite aggressive but it presents differently so the other one thinks their partner is the aggressor when they’re both toxic.

Maybe I'm missing something glaringly obvious to everyone else but why is Charlie seen as a bigger problem than Eve ? It seems to me that Charlie just talks about how she feels and Eve takes it as criticism and/or pressure !
