I’ve only just watched episode 1 so this may have already been covered, but does anyone else think that Jay’s sister is way OTT on the protectiveness? No wonder Jay has confidence issues if her sister is always bringing it up at every opportunity. Wasn’t sure if she was just egging her role a bit for airtime, or just jealous of Jay being the centre of attention not her. Either way I don’t like her.

I've really enjoyed the first two episodes, but naively i thought we might have the makings of a series that was pretty genuine and not scripted like mafs Australia.
But on both days the awkwardness in 2 of the weddings was swiftly replaced by hope and harmony after 'deep' chats with friends and family - just felt a little orchestrated.
Then i was hoping we'd have a jolly series! It's getting dark and i need a bit of positivity but nope - major flare ups on the horizon tonight.

And guess what - duck it - I'm hooked and actually don't give a tit... bring it on warts and all

I know they always ramp up people's issues but they've been way OTT for my liking so far.
I appreciate that everyone has hang ups and worries but so many of them so far are just crying and labouring the victim status that's its off putting.

I was pleased that Ella and Nathaniel hit it off and I genuinely hope it lasts for them. I also hope it works out for Jay and the salesman.
I'm not convinced that any of the couples so far will last the distance though beyond stringing it out for a bit more screentime.
