If your partner is showing obsessive jealous and possessive behaviour, they are in the wrong and need to work on themselves to fix that negative behaviour. It's not up to their partner to reassure them or change their behaviour to make them feel better.

Forcing your partner to change to stop you being jealous is coercive control.

Yes was referring more to the psychological assessment side of it. I'm currently studying psych so no expert by a long shot but could see it straight away. But then I work with women coming out of abusive relationships plus my own life expereinces so maybe I'm just finely tuned, but he's a massive walking red flag. You can see it in his eyes, they just carry so much rage! And the whole 4 heartbeats thing, emotional blackmail much?! I hope they throw the book at him.
