According to the advert he is in Hollyoaks! Think his Hollywood career was jettisoned when he did that guru programme where he was filmed giving himself an enema/colonic and then bankrupted himself paying for all trace of it being scrubbed off the Internet.

I saw him in pantomime in 2019, he was playing Abanazar and he just really couldn't be bothered, he thought he was far to good for it

Sorry, just catching up from tonight's episode.

There is something troubling me about Arthur, and someone mentioned on here that he may have ADHD. I see it differently and wonder if his white lies are a trauma response? He says things that he thinks Laura wants to hear and so he will lie to appease her, or to try and please her (exhibit A: his "I love you" at the wedding).

To me, that's something that goes back to childhood as a self-preservation thing, and traits like that last throughout adulthood unless they are worked through with therapy.

We all have trauma responses within our characters, some to a greater or lesser degree, but I think with Arthur it's quite profound.

My Christ Peggy is unbelievably sheltered. It’s such an odd juxtaposition to have the views/‘values’ she has but made herself look like a blow up sex doll.

Also the ‘I found someone really special’ bollocks Ella was spouting about JJ after they left before- give over. She has the mentality of a 14yr old texting the lad from school she fancies.

Disagree. He grew up in a different culture and it's very difficult to change your thinking, even if you are aware of it. Some of it can just be polite cultural behaviour for him, nothing more.

Definitely could be....the interrupting thing is definitely an ADHD trait...I have it myself and I find it really hard not to interrupt people 🫤 I think he struggles to some degree of how to interact with people for sure

I think Laura patronises him personally. She clearly considers herself to be of vastly superior intellect. Her delivery might be more polished but I'm not convinced she's intellectually as deep as she thinks she is. I think Arthur struggles to articulate but doesn't mean he is stupid.

I got Rozz in the quiz 😘

This was my snack for the night ❤️ Yum

I think Roz and Thomas are so lovely together now, I really hope they stay together.
I feel sorry for Arthur, he seems sweet and caring but intellectually he and Laura are not a match. She'll get bored of him very quickly on the outside, he's not going to challenge her enough.
Luke is such a bleeping BELLEND. Imagine complaining because your wife is laid back and doesn't nag you enough?! Jay seems perfectly capable of speaking her mind when she feels it's necessary. And as for getting another girl's number when you're out? As if, you bug eyed goon.
Peggy is so vacant and prudish I can't bear it. That video of Georges squatting is silly and cringy but that's it. Just laugh at him and move on, I don't get why she's fixated on it so much.
Georges has amazing thighs.
Erica didn't handle that conversation with Jordan well at all, she is a bit full of herself but I agree with her very last comment which must have been about Ella and JJ coming back 'I'm not here for it'. Nope, me neither mate.

I’m only just catching up too but I cba with that ending. I knew they’d come back but I’m still pissed off. I don’t want to see their greasy ugly faces anymore Mafs, pls give us a break on bringing back the ‘cheating couples’ it’s so dull
If they do come back, it makes a mockery of the judges (I think it was Mel) in last night’s episode saying Ella and JJ should ‘explore’ their relationship away from the experiment.

Luke is awful, he's using the distance as an excuse with Jay, his next line now that he's made it perfectly clear that he won't move is to tell her that she shouldn't 'move for him' which will leave her insecure at best and moving the other end of the country to be ditched at worst

Erica is vile - I'm glad you're all getting on the same page - I KNEW IT at the spa thing, yes Tasha is unhinged BUT she did have a reason. If someone was giving me smug little looks and making snide comments I'd have gone too. Or maybe poundshop is intimidated by how 'gorgeous' 🥴 she is too - she thinks she's something special

Tasha needs a lie down - how can she criticise his dress sense when she hasn't had her grey front tooth sorted out

Georges needs to ask Peggy how many kids she wants and work backwards to the amount of times he'll get a shag if he stays with her. For the record, I respect a girl that sets her standards high but come on girl, give him a little tickle at least!

I'm so glad Ice Age and Thomas are getting it on, I wrote them off and now they're one of my favourites

I'm completely over Ella and JJ - if they didn't stay in, it would have been a one night roast and ghost
