I don’t think the cameras have been on during all of the worst arguments between them. What I have seen when he has argued is patronising and passive aggressive. He is arrogant (he thought he would take Jess down a peg or 2) and inconsiderate (because bought himself some food and not Heidi).

Having said that Heidi can be demanding and dramatic (its not up to her what Mike discusses with Jess).

He’s been good at calling out Jess but he has been pretty awful otherwise. The classic ‘I’m not your therapist’ was such an early red flag! I think he’s smart and manipulative, plus the ‘experts’ seem to have a soft spot for him so he has got away with a lot

I agree that we don't see their arguments, or if we do, its edited to show Heidi being unreasonable.
Mike is very condescending as far as I can see, he is all about No.1 and I think from what I've seen he would struggle to think about No.2!

I said this to my husband..... Michael put in maximum effort - the cinema thing was a really nice touch and she didn't even tear up.... she is just so cold and ungrateful and her voice..... OMG that drawl is driving me mad - in fact most of the girls have whiney voices - Jess, Martha, Ning (though I like her).... they all sounds so whiney.....
