I think Billy has just been pushed to the limit. I think if he'd stayed at that table with them he would have got really upset after saying what he had to say. I struggle in that way too.

He needs to go, this experiment has obviously taken its toll on him. She's a nasty witch.

I think she said "stay" just so she could ask him to leave her house like he did to her when she pushed him to the limit at his home.

I can't stand her. Proper spiteful woman.
 
My heart went out to billy tonight. He finally starting saying how he felt and not putting up with the emotional abuse from susie and it just happen at the wrong time with her friends that probably saw that and thought the worst of him.
also him leaving Susies house with no shoes and then going back for something out the cupboard and still not getting his shoes 🥺💔

There's something so young and naive about him. It makes me want to give him a hug and tell him it's all going to be okay.
