Yes I've also noticed he doesn't really give eye contact either and is always looking past her. He took her saying she's bored very literally too and kicked off pretty quickly
 
I am genuinely gutted they have brought that fruitloop on, I feel like it was just starting to get really good and now it will all be about her. I also hate that mainstream tv programs have anything to do with people who call themselves mediums. They are either the worst scum of the earth or seriously mentally ill and it shouldn’t be normalised.
 
I love Cass but what aren't we seeing here? She’s constantly asking for affection but when did we last see her reach for his hand or be tactile with him - she doesn’t seem to encourage affection at all other than constantly telling people she’s not getting anything. It’s a two way gate and there’s nothing from either side there.

I’m wondering similar. Quickly followed by the thought that perhaps she tried in the early days/first couple of weeks (where they didn’t seem to get much airtime/not shown to us much) and she’s tired of being politely brushed away. She’s pretty understanding & patient but Tris is exceptionally tricky.

I wondered this too. Also "I'm bored" is a bit of an odd way to express wanting more affection. I don't blame Tristan for taking that the wrong way because being told someone is bored after you've organised stuff to do with them would sting. He still overreacted though. I wonder if their situation has been edited down quite a lot because to me the argument that we saw didn't quite match up with how they were describing it to the camera.

Part of me thinks they're both decent people but, like Lucinda and Tim, totally mismatched in key things like how they handle conflict, which is a bloody hard difference to overcome.

Yeah, the ”I’m bored” would have pissed me off as well if I’m honest…it’s quite a childish phrase to use to another adult.

Absolute scum of the earth is putting it politely imo.
There has been a certain amount of pisstaking but I honestly don’t think that frauds like her should be given the time of day. I’m actually disgusted that they deliberately put that woman with a man who has fairly recently suffered a bereavement. They knew exactly what they were doing.
 
I couldn't work out if 'I'm bored' meant there at the wedding, she was literally sat there next to a stone wall so I get it, or if she meant to say 'I'm tired' like tired of waiting for progress which let's face it, if you're not growing and progressing it would be boring and draining. If he has rejected her previously, I totally understand her being wary and also she doesn't seem the pushy type, I'm guessing she doesn't want to push him too far and break this fragile thing they sort of have.

He must be exhausted given how artificially “enthused” he plays it 24/7: he’s burnt out already perhaps?
Did anyone notice his slightly odd “heckling” at the ceremony? He either appeared to repeat anything Lucinda said or weirdly shouting (half heartedly) “hi my name’s Tristan” 🤯

Whoever mentioned their suspicions that he may be on the spectrum is probably correct imo.
 
Soo I’m watching season 9 alongside the current season and been catching up on the old threads. WHAT THE duck IS WRONG WITH OLIVIA 🤯 I don’t understand how someone can be suchhh a witch, the whole thing with the picture had my blood boiling, genuinely never felt such anger at a tv show. Late to the party, but feel you will appreciate my disgust and disbelief at her as a human, she might be the worst ever. dislike her more than Harrison and this seasons roidhead Jack combined 🤬
