Mines not receding but I lost a lot of my hair, it grew back curly and is halfway down my neck now I was beautiful about a year ago, but is SO thin and I'm losing a lot again now, and the hair round my temples and forehead is literally like baby hair. I hate it

I've been doing hair oiling and heatless curling with long length socks every night since Jan and my hair is thicker now. My baby hair was beyond a joke but now I have it curly and down all the time to give it chance to grow back

me too. Fell out from chemo 15 months ago and grew back curly, it’s still dropping in handfuls when I wash it. I had an iron infusion in July and that’s now made a massive difference to the general thickness (it’s still thin but better than it was).

I've not tried that, mines worse when I wash it, SO much comes out. I've got it used to just washing it once a week now which has helped. I'll have a look into the method you have mentioned
