I really hope they give Olivia and her little mean girls some home truths tomorrow. Jackson is just weak. I can't believe they have moved in together though and he won't say I love you 😂
 
Hello, newbie here but wanted to chat MAFS, love reading the UK pace thread but need to discuss current aus episodes!! (I can’t wait for tonight’s ep!)

Ok my thoughts on the dinner party….

firstly, don’t care about Matt, Kate, Selin, Anthony…barely even showed them lol

Daniel and Carolina - vom….these two are just so desperate for a social media platform, it’s embarrassing to watch

Cody and Selina - love her, she is so great but don’t care for Cody, understand he has issues with things but meh, selina is too good for him

Olivia and Jackson - they make me furious, continuously saying they don’t care and don’t want drama blah blah blah yet cannot stop talking about dom, also Jackson showing us why he’s a great match for Olivia, he was gross, no sympathy from me if that turns to tit and Olivia, I think everything’s been said about her, just the worst

Holly - loooove her energy honestly and the fact she stuck up for Dom, she might be a little wacky but she means well plus her calling Andrew ‘Donald trump’ and Carolina ‘bag lady’ hahahahahaha

Tamara and Sam - how to even describe these two? I went to all girls high schools and even there the girls were more mature than them…quite embarrassing that Sam pointed out Al being immature when she’s proving to be worse, just so nasty, also Sam joking about smashing a glass in Brent’s face????

Dion - love him, everything he said was great, he deserves the best

Al - omg I love him, he cracked me up with his nose pun and the burp at Tamara, she deserved it, perhaps she should take her own advice about rudeness lol

Brent - love him, he deserved so much better than he got but he’s done so well regardless, the final vows are still on my mind, so funny

Ella and Mitch - Ella is everything, really hope she is with Brent now because those two would be amazing. Mitch is gross, don’t like him. Don’t know if anyone saw the instagram videos from so dramatic/Megan at doms viewing party? Ella yelled out when Tamara was denying the Mitch thing saying they were sleeping together at the time? At least that’s what I gathered soooo…yep

Dom and Jack - I love these two, whether they’re together or not, they are obviously such a good pair. Again at Dom’s viewing party you can see they are still so close, loved his responses to Sam too when she was trying to tell him why they split? Lolllll, but jacks face when dom walked in the door was the best.

Also just wanna say I love Alessandra, and I am so excited for tonight’s episode. The group finally watching Olivia not have a glass anywhere near her face lol, then them showing her tell the guys that was what happened, I am soooooo ready for it!!!

As soon as the three girls headed off to clearly start a bitchfest, my mind was drawn to Macbeth "Something wicked this way comes". Tamara in particular, given her nose, should steer well clear of anything that seems witchy.

I'm actually going to give Olivia some credit here. Jackson had said that if she created issues with his friends and families, well that would be a big problem for him. So Olivia worked on the issue, thought about it long and hard. She didn't just dismiss his concerns. And then she persuaded him to move states to be with her so none of them would be around. Gold star love, gold star.
 
Olivia & Jackson’s relationship is a car crash, I cannot look away. They are both controlling each other, just in different ways?

We are watching codependency happen in real time, I’ve never seen anything like it. She has made him her entire world already and is desperate to hold on to him. He thinks dropping the L bomb is his last card to play but she knows she needs to lock it down with a pregnancy.

I think the overriding public take was to give Jackson the benefit of the doubt (ie that he is a victim of Olivia, it’s his upbringing, let’s pray he sees the light etc) but after he stuck the boot into Dom at the final dinner party in such a nasty way about the photos being on Google, there is not much sympathy left for him. They deserve each other.
 
All Daniel cared about at his wedding was his niece and if she would like his bride and then he goes and does everything he has 😬

I dont even have any words for Olivia and Jackson anymore. There was one point in that dinner party ep where I did think she was going to vacuum her wine glass into her mouth the way she was sucking on it though.

Also I hope for the next series they get matt in as a 4th ixpert. He doesn't have to give any advice he can just randomly pop up in the couples lives and make quips.
 
It makes me mad that Selena ever settled for the scraps Cody threw to her in the first place. She deserves a lot better. It’s shocking these man babies are even allowed on the show - good tv I guess.

It reminds me of those Reddit relationship subs where dudes are like ‘she earns more than me, pays for everything, does all the cooking and cleaning, supports my hopes & dreams, is beautiful and kind but yesterday when I went to the store she asked me to buy her tampons, how soon should I end it?’ Whereas women are like ‘he’s perfect in every way but insists on having sleepovers with his ex and says he’ll leave me if I gain five pounds, how can I stop feeling jealous and insecure?’
