I still can't get over what sort of person claims to "not do banter" ever. You can never joke about a single thing, ever? EVER?

So when Lacey's mum said at the wedding "Can we swap?" because she liked the look of Nathan, that wasn't banter, that was something she actually wanted to happen, yes?

Why the heck shouldn't hang not crack a joke because the mum is too snesitive. That's who he is and he is just changing up the tension in the room.

They really seem unstable and narc vibes comining from mum and Lacey should recognise her mum and sister that enable her. Nathan is a great guy for her but she is not for him.
Glad to see she had his back a bit but I don't think the mum is glad as she likes the daughters fussing over her and pleasing her. I wonder if she was playing the daughters off eschother growing up if that's how she treats Laceys new man. 🤔

yeah - she came into that flat wanting to cause a stir and make it all about her, she clearly isnt happy that lacey has gone on the programme and seems like she'll do anything to try and throw a spanner in the works. i mean lets not forget how she was acting at the wedding, embarrassing herself keeping on going 'woowww' at nathan, but now she wants to talk about other people's behaviour?!

I think he just said it was shit simply because the thought of eating meat repulses him so a chopped up and cooked dead animal in front of him was rank to him. I didn't get how her mum was so shocked as a veggie he wouldn't cut up the chicken, I know some are fine with it for cooking for other people who aren't but for him he didn't want to do it. Then she was oh so you can't eat the vegetables mixed in with the chicken! Well obviously no.

Pretty sure my mum who has many mental health dianosis is autistic too and never diagnosed. I look after her and ask her something and she doesn't even respond half the time, press her to reply and she just won't.

Tbh I thought it looked shit myself, looked dry and where were all the bits that go with it like salsa and sour cream. No need for her to break down crying over his comment, total overreaction.

Just caught up, the 'prettier' twin is definitely in a hostage situation and seems to have been lobotomised, bless her. The fajitas looked shit.

Luke is hot but the eye contact is wayyyyyyyy too much.

Looks like tonight/Monday? Richelle is gonna quit again....I'm intrigued about that one. Is she sensing something with Orson that we haven't picked up on yet or is she fucking mental?

Luke has definitely miscalculated with the OTT charm offensive which comes across as fake and is putting his bride off. Underneath he might be a decent guy but he's coming across as oily at the moment. He needs to rein it in a bit and realise that he doesn't need to do that all the time.

Richelle doesn't think that Orson is good enough for her and I somehow doubt she'll ever find someone who meets her high standards.

I will get a vibe about new people. If I'm interested, I'll engage, but cautiously at first.
If I don't get an instant good feeling, I totally switch off and don't engage at all. If it's a friend or acquaintance of someone I know, I would be civil, but wouldnt bother with conversation.
I can't even tolerate small talk with my loved ones.
At times like Christmas, if there's a family get-together, I'll go early and as soon as a lot of people arrive, I leave. I just can't process it all.
I don't struggle to formulate an answer, I just don't see the point if it's someone I'm not interested in getting to know.

This is me I'm heading 40 and I simply can't tolerate fakes.
I'm the lonesome mum on the school run and yes I have about 3 people I really like to rant with at the gates but can't do the fake mum thing. Anyone get me?
