Mia plays right into the classic Zionist playbook of gaslighting and deflecting anyone who is critical of Zionism (not Judaism the religion, Zionism the political ideology, regardless of the religion of its followers) or it’s’ role in the brutalisation of Palestinians - to claim anyone speaking out against the violent, ethnosupremacist, racist, ideology of Zionism ‘doesn’t know what they are talking about and to just shut up about it.’

Mia babe, we’ve been doing the reading, the research, reflecting on the lies told by Israel for 76 years, listening to the people’s words (Anti- Zionist Jews, Zionist Jews and Palestinians) and watching the live videos of genocide happening every bleeping day. People have the ability to apply critical thinking to this situation and unlike the past, people don’t just accept things because the powers that be told them that’s just how it is. Now they know what they’re talking about and they know what they stand against. And a lot of your audience are waking up to your stance and values and they don’t like it.
