What is the reference to people she works with?

Probably talking about the co-producer of her upcoming TV show based on her book:

“Steve Hutensky, a former entertainment lawyer who helped Harvey Weinstein secure secret settlements with women he’d allegedly sexually harassed.

Hutensky is co-founder and chief operating officer of production company Made Up Stories, along with his wife Bruna Papandrea (also producing Strife), which prides itself on producing stories with “intelligent, multifaceted female characters” and is the recipient of millions in Screen Australia grants.”

I'll take things that didn't happen for $100 please 🙃

I just listened to one of the subscriber eps from last week and it was soooo irritating. About what qualities about themselves do they hate. It just came across as really self indulgent and not something we really need to know about them. Holly is selfish. Clare is lazy and Mia is judgemental about people who don’t work amongst many other things. I’m paying for this??!!??

That’s why I’m NOT paying for it anymore. Don’t even listen to any of the podcasts any more. I don’t need to hear any more about the Freedman/Lavigne family and their babies. Or LeighA Campbell telling me how to be a better parent when she spends every second she can away from her kid and has blatantly said she hates being a parent, or fashion advice from her when she looks like a crumpled bed half the time. Or whinging by Clare about why she’s the poor second twin. No intelligent content anymore. Except occasionally from Holly. Bit they’re slowly morphing her into one of them

Has anyone read Jessie’s book? I’m 70% through. It reflects a lot of my own life experiences as a person living the life stages of the people in the book. I have listened to so much of the podcast though that I can’t really see the characters as being separate from Jessie. Also, strong looking for alibrandi vibes.

I’ve bought it but haven’t started yet. Gosh she must be raking it in. I heard that about the $170 USD advance on her first book. I haven’t read that one. Didn’t appeal.

The one about the same sex couple? I liked the book and felt like she earned the money. Better than hollys the couple upstairs. Couldn’t get into that
Ahhh yes. I read it recently but I’m from NZ so the town names didn’t mean that much to me. Now I think about it, I can’t even remember the third story… there was the same sex couple that met in London, the couple who met at uni…. Who was the third? Ohhhh the woman having the affair?

Are these women for real? Why on earth would they think raising money for Holly to go and meet Gwen Paltrow is a normal thing to do? If she wants go to let her buy it herself or let Million Dollar Mia buy it for her in the name of research. The constant approval seeking on that group is really sad!
