I agree! Maybe Claire is slightly better but she certainly isn’t adding a new perspective to the conversation. I can barely listen to Outloud these days. It’s quite boring and very self interested.

Yeah I thought the same. Their poor children will grow up with all these expectations, perfection ideology, and anxiety fuelled competition in everything.

And that Jessie and her didn’t discuss that they were trying? I don’t think they’re as close as they make out to be. She probably said that because Mia will be sending Luna to a private school while Claire and Rory don’t have that family assistance

Which is not remotely normal but the way that Clare talks is probably expected. I think she said her therapist had said they had a toxic relationship?
Jessie bought a house, has two books out, has the freedman money. I feel a bit sorry for Clare but wish she’d just get away and do her own thing rather than being the ‘trailing twin’

100% why are they working together in the same company? No doubt they were sent to the same school, probably same class but they chose the same uni, same degree even but why carry this on in adult life? It's not healthy. If I had twins I would encourage them to be their own person, seek individuality and not copy/follow each other just for the sake of it. It's really sad to watch them having a pissing competition everyday.

Do you listen to the 'Cancelled' podcast? They joke all the time on there about being 'lazy gewls' listeners write in with their lazy gewl stories, it's a thing. So when she said Luna was lazy gewl it's a joke about lazy gewls (who are aspirational), rather than a joke about Luna being lazy. If that makes sense :)

I know all of this but still think the whole thing is part of their try hard relatable toxic brand
they're both pretty awful
