She's deffo renting you cant buy the flat she lives in, I thought the same about furniture? Unless she will keep the original stuff in a storage unit but I doubt she will do thatHas she bought it instead of renting? Ive just moved from deansgate and you werent allowed to remove furniture or change literally anything, unless she doesnt mind paying the extortionate wear and tear bill when she leaves

Renting one of those apartments as a single person is so absurd to me. Surely while you’re earning a pretty decent amount from YT you would be wanting to save it for a deposit on a house? Somewhere stable to live for your future.
(This is no dig to anyone who currently lives in a flat as Ive previously rented in my early 20’s) but, those flats aren’t glamorous at all. Most of the influencers act as if that block in deansgate is like living in the Ritz

She throws the word around like it’s cute and quirkyeeeeeee when in reality it’s awful and life changing. She does it with a lot of actual mental health disorders. Omgggeeeeee this room is giving me anxieteeeeeeeeeee no it’s called stress and nerves and that’s normal. Omgeeeee I’m so depresseddd because my duck and chuck left meeeeeeee, no babe that’s sadness. I had bulimia for a few months because I went through a breakuppppp, no maddieeee hunieeeee you cant pick and choose when to have mental illness when it suits you to make you seem more relatable, that’s not how it works.
Little things like that are so toxic, it’s people like her who self diagnose and throw words around are the reason why people who actually struggle with these issues feel invalidated and struggle to speak out. She’ll be teaching young people that if you’re sad it’s depression, if you’re nervous it’s anxiety, COMPLETELY INVALIDATING THE ACTUAL ILLNESS. Winds me up.
