I think she could never get over Inga coming into the Cotswolds house and completely stealing her thunder. Ruby had probably never been pursued by a guy in the way Miles did with her, and loved the attention. It was a thrilling escape from her dull-as-arse relationship with Grandad Rez. So in swoops Inga, who slept with Miles and completely diverted the attention away from Ruby.

Then there was DM-gate, when Ruby couldn't deal with the fact Inga sent her ex Rez a platonic message, which she completely twisted into something it wasn't. Despite them being long-time exes, Ruby still saw Rez as her property, and hated the idea of his attention being diverted towards Inga too. Remember how nasty Ruby was to Sarrah, the girl Rez briefly dated as well. Also note what a b*tch she was the other day in Temps' TikTok, when she accused Bella of being thirsty for Rez.

I also think there's an element of Ruby hating the fact Inga is good friends with Liv, who is her best friend. Yet another example of her rabid jealousy at play, and hating the attention being diverted from herself.
 
Ahahaha I love that Melissa saw Inga and Sam and they sprinted out of there. Inga was a really bad liar with Yas - she kept smiling and hiding her face in her hands! I think she’s entitled to do what she likes wifi him and that point. It’s not like Sam and Yas spared her any thought. Why does Ruby have a problem with it now but she was all for Yas creeping around with Sam?!

Ruby made me cringe when she was like “I hear the best place to hide is aisle 4” and Sam was like how long you’ve been rehearsing that then?

I'm absolutely baffled at the dynamic between Ruby and Sam. In the Bali series Ruby out of nowhere picked a fight with Sam saying she didn't think he was a good friend to her because he spent all his time with Inga or something like that and Sam could not give less of a duck and said it shouldn't matter because they weren't even close 😂 😂 😂 and then as soon as Inga kicked him out of the flat they shared together Sam moved in with Ruby?!!! Is Ruby not embarrassed? Is she actually in love with Sam???

So glad someone else picked up on this. Ruby has hated Inga since the moment she turned up - and yes it all stemmed from Miles. I’ve also noticed the dislike or Inga seemed to return when Miles & Inga started to get along again this season, shock!

If I was Ruby I’d also be jealous of Inga - she’s prettier, nicer and has more charisma in her little toe than Ruby’s ever shown. The only thing Ruby has over Inga is that she seems to be more liked among the cast (no surprise as they’re all knobs) but Inga seems to have all of the viewers on her side, so she’s the real winner.

It’s just awful to watch. I wish they’d get rid of Bella too, I wouldn’t even call her a side character she’s so useless. I fully believe Inga avoided them in the shop because of how they’d treat her, they seem absolutely vile

Ruby is obsessed with disliking Inga and I genuinely believe moving Sam in with her was to try and gain power over the situation and upset Inga

Why did Ruby and Bella chase Sam and Inga into the shop too? Really excessive and weird. Pair of hounds and playground bullies. I'd be running and hiding from them too!

Can we please talk about Lauren calling Harvey's chat sh*t and boring😂😂The way Rez spoke about her telling him "I'm done with this guy" on their night out. Probably the only time I'll ever credit Lauren 😂

I think Inga is stupid AF for even still communicating with Sam, but absolutely fair enough if she's done it purely to get back at Yaz. I'd do the exact same tbh. Yaz hasn't got a leg to stand on. She was actively flirting and making moves on Inga's bloke while they were in a relationship. The way Yaz speaks about their break up with Sam as well. There have been two scenes where she's had to stop herself from finishing her sentences and backtracking because she basically almost admits that they had some sort of an affair.

Personally if I was Inga I'd get absolutely hammered and then shag miles to duck Yaz and Ruby off. And maybe suck Rez off for good measure too. I'd obviously make sure I'd also drunken so much I'd never remember any of it
 
Ruby is nasty. But like it has been said it stems from jealousy. She probably thought Inga scuppered her shot with Miles which everyone knew wasn’t going anywhere.

Temps has grown on me so much. I really like and I don’t generally like the male cast members as they’re usually massive dickheads.

Does anyone else think Miles might be gay?

Last night's episode...I remember reading someone's comment on Instagram a couple of months back about Ruby and Onion Head catching Inga and Sam having drinks, and them running into a shop to hide when confronted. So it was true! This person must be a cast mate or a friend of one. Am I the only one who saw that comment? It doesn't mention it there but I could swear I read somewhere else that Onion was the friend.

And the sheer audacity of Ruby and Liv judging Inga for her actions. Are we forgetting effing Yaz admitted to having an emotional affair, and was touchy feely, with Prince while he was with Inga?!! Ruby was right all over that one like a rabid dog.

I’m watching the episode right now and this to me seems to be a burner account of a cast member! No profile pic in sight. Wouldn’t be surprised if some of them use fake accounts to hype themselves up to try to change the publics opinion on them.

🤣🤣🤣I can't get over how weasely and apologetic Ruby was towards that Jem Lucy after she pulled a Coleen Rooney on her. I don't think Ruby has ever been scared of another woman like that. That's what the show needs - a Jem Lucy to put that horrible egghead in her place.

Yes, that was my thinking too! Definitely had that vibe about it. Now I remember it, it was apparently Melissa and Spring Onion who caught Sam and Inga in the pub. Only the exact same two cast members who previously had suspected Tattle accounts...

Hahah she isnt wrong tho, he is boring, kinda felt for Tristan when she accepted a date with harvey in front of him, unpopular but I actually like Tristan

I feel like they cart out a sassy, overconfident Canadian or American girl (or girl in general) every other series to give the likes of Harvey an opportunity to show some semblance of a personality. But alas, it always goes the same way - he messes them around and they swiftly give him his marching orders. He just ends up looking like an even bigger, more boring tw4t than before.
