I feel like the culture is too relaxed here to care about that stuff however there still are glamorous spots here where i’m sure the Made in Chelsea crew will go.

Designer clothes and expensive cars are of course a factor of 'lifestyle' ideas worldwide, but honestly in a country like England they have almost no real currency when it comes to perceptions of class lineage and stature. This country has an inbuilt class system that has been solidified over centuries and centuries before Australia in the Western sense was even a concept.

Your class is perceived as something you are born into and socially conditioned to remain within throughout your lifetime in the UK. England especially. It informs how you are conditioned to act within society and the places you are 'supposed' to go (or rather the institutions that will accommodate or exclude you based on your family line).

I don't think Ruby ever got over Inga turning Miles' head when she (Ruby) was thirsty for him. Emily uses her as a whipping girl for no good reason whatsoever. Her beef was re Inga getting with Harvey ages after they broke up, while Inga was very casually going on dates with Sam (who she'd broken up with because he screwed her over with Verity).

Imagine being so calculated as to set up a podcast interview with Yaz claiming it was"about what went down in Corsica" when it was actually just an opportunity to slag off Inga for the best part of an hour. What a sad little life Emily leads.

Her mum owns a luxury interior design business. That's about all I know. Yaz has just graduated with an MA in acting, which is ironic because she's a damn bad actress.

It's all a bit nuts, isn't it? You'd think she was Helen of Troy, the way they all go on about her. Maybe it's the big doey eyes that do it for them.

I'm starting to find Verity an amusing addition - amusing to see how increasingly frozen her face becomes with each episode.

Sam Prince? Christ knows. Boyish charm? Certainly not his waxen face. He dresses like a complete bell-end too.

The more I think about it, the more I think that Emily's and Ruby's love of Yaz is fuelled by their shared resentment towards Inga. Yaz is something of a pawn in their vendetta against her. If you think about it, why are they always so fiercely jumping to Yaz's defence - where Inga is concerned -when they've hardly known the girl that long? Even though Yaz is clearly the one who's massively in the wrong. Ruby said something in last night's ep about how her loyalty lies with Yaz because of their "long-standing friendship". Huh? She only met her a couple of seasons ago. I don't think she ever got over Miles dropping interest in her as soon as Inga came on the scene.

As I said in an earlier post, Emily devoted a podcast episode to slutshaming Inga, under the guise that she was giving Yaz an opportunity to tell her side of her story about Corsica. Yet Emily devoted an abnormal amount of time to dredging up her past with Harvey, and how awful Inga was for daring to get with him, despite them both being single.
 
Someone's commented on Ruby's last IG post to let her know that Nick's new girlfriend, Jem Lucy, was slagging Ruby off and calling her a beg 😂😂

Ruby telling IG that Nick and her friend Jemma Lucy were cheating.. Jem Lucy's reply to that was she met Ruby twice and they weren't friends 🤣🤣

When Inga and Ruby became chummy, my instant thoughts were "oh Inga, you silly girl! How long will that last". She's been horrific to Inga since day 1; why would she suddenly change her tune and start behaving like a civilised human being towards her after years of talking to/about her like trash?

I was surprised to see Inga blasting Sam in the next episode preview, saying Yaz "deserved better" than how he was treating her. Talk about being the bigger person. Yaz would be excommunicated if she pulled that sh!t with me. It's even sadder when you remember Yaz and Sam were slagging her off in Temps' recent IG live. I don't blame Inga for taking a break from the show. I wonder if she'll bother coming back at this rate?

Sam may be a strategic move, to remain on the show and in the spotlight?

Agree about Ruby, there must be something that hasn't been discussed or brought to light.

Yeah, there must be more to the story than we know, or is Ruby just that vile out of pure jealousy? I also remember her being furious when Inga platonically DMed Rez - long after he and Ruby had broken up - at 2am or whatever, asking if he was still staying out after they bumped into each other at a club. I think that was the cherry on the cake after Miles sleeping with Inga. Ruby was loving all the attention from him, then he stopped chasing her and friendzoned her. Ever since those two events, she's had absolute daggers for Inga.

Maybe Ruby also resents the fact Liv became close with Inga after being mates with her, Emily and co. before?
 
Just caught up and don’t have anything to add that hasn’t been mentioned here but did anyone else notice the clip of Denise Welch in the opening? So random
