For them to honestly be that black and dirty she literally must never, ever wash them.
There is no excuse for her nails to be that filthy, constantly!
Does she have social services involved? I’m curious… If she’s that manky (not washing her hands, filthy house, badly matted hair, rotting teeth) then I can’t imagine her children are taken care of in those ways either? Not properly anyway.

People are already cancelling their order. People are waiting 3 weeks for some crayons 
she has one set of molds so can't even keep up. She says cut off date for Christmas delivery is 18th but she's that dumb that shes saying what it is for royal mail not for her to actually make them and send them off. If its taking that long then she should of stopped orders by now

God she is so thick like if you can't keep up on orders then your no way going to be able to fulfill orders going on the 18th and be delivered by Xmas day. But like someone else said who on earth is buying from her, her house is minging, she isn't clean herself, the packaging is dirty. When is she going to just give up and get a proper job. Also considering she is suppose to have this landlord coming round to see if they can stay on in the house you would think she might have made a bit of effort and tidied up.

They all need to claim back from bank it's terrible sometimes people been waiting 2 weeks so no way will they get orders by Christmas I wouldn't order anyway

Just come across her live and someone asked about the house and she said they are staying and directly renting it off the landlady.

Crazy that people ordered mid November, some being the advent calendar sets and she's only just packing them today

She only has one set of moulds so turn around for just one name alone is probably 2 full days, that's if the name don't have more than 1 of the same letter in it. Most people have ordered 2/3 names and then the shapes/separate letters. It's probably taking her a 2weeks minimum to do just 1 small families order
for someone who has this as their 'business' you'd expect them to have more stock wouldn't youjustpassingby30
