She lives such a miserable life. Dragging herself out in the pouring rain, along with Rib and Devil Dog because she has to get her "steps" in, then drooling over the mince pie but not eating it because it has "calories".

Do what most normal people do at the weekend Lynsey. Have a lie in and a shag. You'll feel better! 😁

She was advertising a walking pad one time, no need to go out for a long walk to get steps in, take the dog out yes but a quick walk and do the rest of yours at home, she loves to give the image of look at me so good out doing my steps in horrible weather, and it is widely known the magic 10,000 steps was just an made up total, whilst it's benefical you can do less.
