Watching the video clip at the table she looks at the others to kind of see what they are doing, looking at her she is full of anxiety, I suspect she doesn't like these types of events and tries to hard to appear confident, hence the craziness.
 
Posting stuff like this is one big attention grab 🥱
Instagram isn’t a diary or journal to write down your thoughts and feelings. She’s made sure everyone knows what she’s going through. I’m sure we all have empathy, it’s an awful thing to go through. It’s just unnecessary to have selective snippets posted for her followers.
If she really wants to be helpful, rather than just posting for engagement, she could prepare a thorough grid post once she’s completed her treatment that explains everything from start to finish.

She also has a private account, which would probably be a better place to share these things, given surely her actual family and friends and people who care for her IRL are on there.
