Who the eff gets a medical consultation even with a dermatologist over the phone? A dermatologist needs to actually see your skin, look at it under good lights, use magnification not just off of what you say about your skin.

It's quote hilarious that she thinks wearing Dior, listening to classical music and re-doing her house then times makes her sophisticated and refined. Yet she does not even pretend to be educated about current events/discussions/opinions of today's world from respected publications.

And her uncle worked for the Kennedy’s. And she’s of royal stock. And her grandparents owned Aston Martins and a home in Italy. And she was so poor growing up. And she was homeless. And daddy gave her a Rolex. And she lives in Buckinghamshire.

Hi long time lurker here! I just needed to get off my chest, why no one has ever helped her learn how to contour. She especially has really high cheek bones and a gaunt face so doesn’t need to be “casting a shadow”. How has no one ever told her to remove the mud stripes from her cheeks :(
