Think she’s trying to say that Lydia is bringing her business down although she’s not mentioning Nicky but Lydias “fans” have all gathered who had done Lydias hair pre lockdown.
To be fair it seems this was the stylist and her sister that were trying to "out" lydia and now they are trying to turn it around. I don't think anyone would have know where lyd got her hair done or ruined according to her if the stylist hadn't posted the photos and comments. Doesn't seem like it was lyd trying to drag her down in public imo.

I’m trying to feel sorry for Nicky Lazou but honestly, it seems as though up until Lidl was unhappy with how her hair turned out, Nicky was implicit. I don’t know much about her but I’ve read that she regularly does influencer freebies, hence Lidl and Carrie had heard of her and were prepared to travel to Birmingham for said freebies. And being due to deliver does NOT turn you into such a simpering idiot that you allow clients to simply walk out the door without paying! I’m pretty positive if you or I had had my hair done at Lidl and Cawwie’s appointment in lieu of them, Nicky wouldn’t have allowed you or me to leave without paying?! You’d stop them at the door and say “that’ll be £200 each, please.” Maybe she invoiced them by letter or email afterwards or something but most hair and beauty appointments you’re expected to pay before you leave, no?!

I think she did it for free from the outset, which is why lydia and carrie went all the way there. She is now annoyed because lydia didn't like her hair when she got home so didn't promote the salon, which was probably the implied payment.

I went back to see when the red in her hair started to be seen.... well in the video "I'm back" from 13th of July her hair seem to be normal - meaning without the red... I am not an expert because I am not coloring my hair... but maybe it was not the fault of that Nicky?... Anyway it doesn't justify anyone harassing a pregnant woman on her due day!

also to the ladies who suffered so much: I wish you all the best and once when I was in a dark place I had a good advice of keeping the head up and shoulders straight! Sending love and virtual hugs to everyone who might even just a little down❤
Nickys page and her team nicky page has highlights on how to do haircare and how to avoid red tones. Lydia definitely is too arrogant to follow these rules.

Lydia was trying to be smart not saying names but everyone knows that Nicky is her recent hair colourist. I’m sure Nicky said that she was receiving DMs regarding the YouTube videos. Im happy Nicky stood up for herself!

Hair done 30th June? When were hairdressers allowed back to work? I thought it was 4th July!
Lydia must’ve been so desperate that she bullied Nicky into doing her hair during lockdown. Doesnt Nicky live in Birmingham?? Lydia travelled 6 hours for her “breakage” and “red tones” and I’m pretty sure most councils allowed people to open prior to official dates if they approved. I don’t blame Nicky & her sister outing Lydia. Nicky is obviously emotional right now and trying to enjoy her new baby, she only just stated she’s a single mom. I can’t imagine how that feels

Most of us figured out she was talking about Nicky before Nicky started posting on instagram. For at least 2 vlogs Lydia has been bitching about her hair. A business will defend their work when they are in the right.

I moved house, went to a new high street hairdressers and ended up with red highlights after 4 hours of being passed around the salon. I paid. I wasn't happy.
The next day one of my staff asked me what I had done to my hair....
Guess what....i had to go to work every day and ride it out.
I couldn't skulk at home with a headache.
I've never disliked her more than I have done since the greenhouse, raised beds, bees and now hair. She's vile, chavvy skum.

But from previous posts, the only hair colourist she has mentioned was Nicky. This is how I gathered she was talking about Nicky ruining her hair. In all honesty her hair looked beautiful.

And just to think....all of this because some excessively masculine-looking, monster eyebrowed, boney, vain and self absorbed sales person didn’t like the red tones in her hair. If she thinks her “red” hair makes her look bad, she should look in the mirror at those horrendous, cartoony cheek bones and jaw, wrecked nose, exaggerated brows and unbearably dumb smile. Sorry if that was mean.

Nicky can offer all the free serivices and treatments she likes, it doesn't give Lydia the right to slag her work off, publicly. They most likely had some sort of arrangement where Nicky would do her hair for free or give a discount and Lydia would promote Nicky in turn. If Jimmy choo sent Lydia a pair of shoes for free and Lydia started slagging off the quality, Jimmy Choo would be pissed off and would most likely stop working with her. The difference being, a large company can easily get over that situation. Where as someone in Nickys position, where she is self employed and uses social media as an advertising platform, the actions of someone like Lydia could really damage her reputation. Pregnancy hormones do some weird and wonderful things to women, everyone is affected differently by them. My best friend had a full on melt down when Sainsburys had sold out of fruit pastille ice lollies, in the aisle, in front of many strangers so I can very easily believe that Nicky wasn't able to deal with Lydia in that moment.

I've been in a position a few times where I have had to deal with clients who think they are something special and above everybody else. An ex made in chelsea cast member/influencer used to book to have her makeup done almost weekly with either myself or friend, she would always book through the company and would agree with our office the terms and conditions. The most important one being that she paid the full price at the end of the service as well as she gave credit to the artists who did the makeup and not just the brand. Every single time without fail she would try to leave without paying or would create a massive scene when asked to pay. She was that bad we did used to just let her walk out. She would always tag the companies lead makeup artist to pretend she did her makeup, so we would never get our credit. We would tell our office not to book but because of her 'status' they wanted the instagram likes. We lost thousands of pounds dealing with her. Eventually our head office listened to us and stopped allowing her behaviour to continue but my friend and I still ended up leaving the company, with that being one of the main reasons.

Yeah she’s definitely made a whole song and dance about going to Nicky—she was pretty quiet after Despina but when she found Nicky she definitely featured her on her channel and socials. Nicky didn’t need to defend herself until Lydia started being catty about her hair, and she didn’t need to name names either. Lydia has made it clear who she’s been going to for colour.

I’ve heard Nicky doesn’t do influencers hair for free? She may have discounted. But with the way Lydia was going on and on about her hair I don’t think Nicky wanted anything else from her. The poor woman just wanted to help Lydia whilst being full term. Gotta give it to her, she’s so beautiful and is just trying not to have a bad name for her business.

Hey new poster here, but if you have been watching Lydias videos then it didn’t take much brain power to work out who she was talking about, she had her hair done with Nicky around Christmas I believe, and I think she had posted then how in love she was with her hair. She has also mentioned how good her hair looked through lockdown despite not being able to get it done, referencing Nicky. I’m not sure what exactly happened at the set apt but obviously Lydia wasn’t happy and instead of acting like a reasonable and mature human being she has instead made countless digs and remarks about her hair publicly, as well as directly to Nicky (it seems), knowing that it could destroy a small business. She has no value for things because she has never had to work for anything

I feel like something is missing. I don't understand how you get from how her hair looked in the Nicky photos to the overall darker and red tones she had going on weeks later. I've gone back through her vlogs and just can't seem to nail it down but her hair did seem to change a bit over that time period. It's just all weird.
