That Tiffany Junk is anything but discret or delicate. Best work with a biker outfit, or something really causal. She is correct in keeping her hat on . It is men who are expected to remove hats not women.
The head nod thing is correct too . I’d say her curtsy dip level is roughly correct, it shouldn’t be over exaggerated. But it should be done smoothly and slowly .
I wonder what the dress code said because the blonde next to Lydia looked very different.

I am surprised Lydia called the set of Tiffany jewellery discreet!. It’s anything but. It reminded me of the chain you can buy by the metre from B & Q

Pillbox Placement Part 1: 21st Century
There was an interesting discussion in the comments last week about the ‘correct’ placement of a pillbox hat (brimless hat with a flat top and straight sides that resembles a round cake…royalhats.net
A link to a page on pillbox placement, it seems to me Jackie Kennedy influenced them being worn further back . In the 50s it was commonplace for them to be on top of the head and a bit over the forehead .
It’s ok, but not worth the money. I prefer The chaîne d’encre by Hermès if you want chunky!
