I know Lydia only uses it once a year when she’s obliged to advertise a gimmick workout product like that comical mirror screen thing 😂 but in a typical gym, you can’t have tiles or brick as when you put your weights back down, they would crack the floor. If you’re not dropping your weights down after a set and your arms aren’t about to give away, you’re using a dumbbell thats too light for you, so there’s no way a true gym user would be able to delicately drop their weights to avoid cracking the floor hence all gyms have mats, foam, carpet etc. Surely Ali has bought this up to Lydia or has he stopped lifting weights now he’s gone for a different image? So much for their healthy lifestyle claims.
 
I just saw this picture Ali posted of himself on his Ig stories, and he looks like a vampire in a suit. I don’t know what’s more creepy, his evil looking bushy weird shaped eyebrows, his vampire teeth, his cringe boofhead hairdo, his beady little eyes or his suit, or all of the above.

Ali thinks no one will notice how filtered his pictures are. Think again, Ali! This photo below from the other day is filtered as far as the eye can see and it’s as clear as day the above one is really how Ali looks, warts and all. All fakery.

I feel like Lydia is not uploading on purpose and maybe thinks it will drive more engagement? So many of the influencers have been missing uploads and their comment sections on their other platforms are filled with “ we miss you. Please post” or “ where are you?” Maybe she’s seen that and thinks this is a content strategy? Or more likely she’s lazy and she owes her community nothing.

She drained a lot of life out of him though, and he seems pretty easy to manipulate. The way he is now, looking like a ghost of his former self and all, that’s got Lydia written all over it. Sure he is an adult, but living with a narc comes with a lot of cool features. One of which is giving up pieces of yourself over time.
 
I think the fact she has said nothing about Thursdays missing vlog shows she does not care about her audience/community, and those stupid pretend posts she makes thanking people and saying she has lovely followers are just rubbish. All she cares about is money and getting what she wants.

Watch videos from when they moved into the bungalow - it was exactly what they got a 1.35 million pound bungalow, now ruined with cobbled streets and old planks and Google values it at 800K, it will never sell, unless someone rips all the floors out, planks, fake beams, 2 dressing rooms that could be bedrooms, puts a door on downstairs where it is missing and still no mention of bathroom on top floor or one on gym floor from her, so they must not work?
 
A fox eating the chickens can’t be the reason she didn’t upload on Thursday. Even if she was distraught and crying in bed, Carrie would upload the vlog as thats what she does anyway, Carrie is the one that edits the vlogs and has access to her youtube channel. Unless they were eaten on Sunday night and she’s not managed to film anything all day Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, but if she was that gutted, she wouldn’t post videos etc to instagram and attend Goodwood Festival. She is just depressed and lacks motivation. She has too much pride to upload a story saying “I haven’t vlogged at all for over a week because I’ve been laying in bed and on the sofa feeling miserable, apart from when I had to force myself to go to an event and a wedding, while putting a fake smile on my face as I was contractually obliged to go”. What she needs is therapy (not a life coach) but a qualified, NHS registered therapists. She usually soothes her depression with manic, impulsive shopping that give her an instant high and gratification and something to look forward to (£20k boodles earrings, £10k Hermes bags, art pieces etc being delivered to her door) but she can’t afford these anymore. My guess is she is simply depressed with no coping mechanisms for it and nothing to look forward to so is sat at home on her phone, contemplating her life. She clearly cancelled her pilates session too ‘cause we know she would have put a pic on her story. Carrie will probably visit her and give her a pep talk then she’ll vlog herself this weekend in the greenhouse and on a dog walk. The cycle will continue, as it always has.
