If this was in an old country house a la Josie it would look grand but sticking this in a modern home doesn’t cut it. I can’t imagine anyone coming to view this to buy it would want to. All her interior design (ahem) ideas would need gutting.

Anyone viewing the bunga with the potential to buy it will be tallying up how much it will cost to rip out all the crap and fix what’s broken and will be deducting it from their offer. No one in their right mind would be paying a million + for an overgrown, upside down, outdoor indoor themed home.
