Someone needs lessons in how to dress the pony !. The over reach boots need swapping over the Velcro open end should point to the outside of the horse 😂

also unless she’s jumping, the horse bolts or she is learning to canter and needs to cling onto the neck strap why has she got a martingale on?! If it’s one of the latter two reasons I’d throw a neck strap on rather than martingale .

Struggling to recall but didn’t the friends point have a grey wee stained tail? Think this could be a different pony. With the fact it’s in an arena I’d say she’s having lessons . About time if so

once she’s mastered or if !! The pony at the school she needs to find something with some go and learn how to handle something finer . If she wants to produce content hc could use. She probs needs min 1 yr 2 lessons a week on this one and then an intensive 3 lessons a week on something hotter to get there .
 
This position has got to be sorted! Comparison . She’s in a dressage saddle you should be able to roughly draw a straight line from behind the heel of the boot up the hip to the ear like the photo on the left. Not have legs waaaaay forward like she is doing . Long legs for dressage not forward legs!

You should be able to sit as if the horse vanishes suddenly you would be stood straight and land on your feet . Feet under hips not feet and legs fwd like you are sitting in an armchair !

If she rode until 16 she should be able to canter and pop a small fence even if she’s not ridden since.

she has never shown any video of her cantering which is proof to me she’s lying re riding until 16. What did she do until 16 just trot ? 😂 . Young children can canter ….

It’s good for the horses sake she’s taking lessons. I just hope she commits and books enough to learn properly . It’s going to take a long time and a lot of effort . Is she capable of sticking to it I wonder ?

I’m going to add the following to my “tit Lydia will take up to further exude her phoney generational wealth persona” bingo card for 24/25 (is this her 6th rebrand to date maybe?):

Fencing
Sailing
Playing the piano
Tennis

all the hobbies private school girls would do during their extra curricular activities (which she invariably did during her childhood but will only mention it out of the blue but will ensure she tells her audience it was her Aston Martin grandmother that taught her alongside the granddaughter of Beethoven and same Tennis instructor as Princess Anne… or some waffle!) 😂

She rides like someone who has never sat on a horse before but is doing it for the gram. What a twit!!
 
Didn’t she mention getting a grand piano in the basement? I think she did … so yes to that one

fencing is something I could see Ali trying 😂 he’s all for weird getups (bee keeping outfit for example !)

tennis definitely 💯 princess of wales past and present both loved racquet sports

sailing …. Another princess Kate hobby although I’m not sure if there are sailing facilities near to her and I reckon proper sailing would be too much like hard work on her wrists. If anything she’s suited to getting p&ssed with Carrie on the back of a powerboat 😂 , she could do a royal (Royal indeed check!) yacht association level two course which lasts two days and then allowed her to hire up to a 33ft powerboat internationally ….. but I can’t see her bothering all in all .

With horse riding she’s taken on a difficult hobby to get good at. Even with intensive training and a horse who can do inter 1 stood on its head she could only get a half decent score at elementary level if she put 4 yrs of training in . And that means min 3 lessons pw on her own horse so that the training is consistant . She will never be as good a rider as say Leonora . Getting good scores at above medium level in dressage would be one hell of a major challenge and horse wise requires a horse who comes fully trained and high scoring . Which is an investment of min 50k to 100k depending on established level . She couldn’t just buy a cheap horse and train it herself because that’s the blind leading the blind . Lesson wise costs of a decent dressage coach is normally £80-£120 per hour .

there are major limits how far she can get riding unathletic riding school hairy ponies 😂. She can learn to a point but not to a higher level.

her common sense thing would be tennis . Far cheaper and easier to get good at. Tennis core on tik tok is a thing . Her fave brand Varley have done an incredible tennis collection this year .

im surprised she hasn’t taken up golf with Ali .

I doubt she wants to be ‘good’ at anything. She can’t be arsed.

She just wants to be seen doing it.

One or two lessons a month isn’t going to do anything for her . She could spend years doing that and not get far.

I agree with all of your posts ❤️ and yes she is seated so far back in the saddle (on both horses!) which can't be comfortable and it messes with her balance:
