Her garden is a total mess.
And there’s the bungalol
A few days ago she said the wall was designed by this man. The math ain’t mathing. Max 400ish years old as he wasn’t even born until 1573.
And I’m sorry but that wall surrounds the stately home next door. (Stole Park Pavillions) Even if the wall was technically on her property (though I doubt it), it was built to keep people off the estate on the other side. “Her wall” is connected to the rest of the walls surrounding the estate. You can see the estate wall turning even in her own photo.

Totally and she didn’t even bring out one of her kindly gifted beautiful tablecloths. People can do what they want but if she’s living “seasonally” and it’s spring… why not lean into all of the fresh and beautiful things blooming in nature right now? She sets a table with what she calls “old” pots (um she JUST got these FREE from the current florist a few months ago) and very fragrant herbs AND herb fragrant candles. Not only is that a very smelly set up for people to eat next to but I just don’t think DIRT in pots belong on an indoor dining table for a meal.
Why not get some tulips and daffs and put them in vases her many vases? Use some spring colors and make it a happy day. This is exactly why noone in her family or friends want to be around her especially on holidays. She is an emotional vampire.
I know!! She says they are so remote lolAnd there’s the bunga

My favourite part about when people Google
maps her area is that you can see how close she is to the village she claims is far away but really it’s a 4 minute drive and the A road a field or 2 away as well. Claims to be in the middle of nowhere but Waitrose is a 10 minute drive.

Anyone else would say “the beautiful old wall surrounding the estate next door”. Or just old wall. She has to say OUR 500 year old wall which is such a lie . And she says it a LOT. It’s part of her twisted narrative about her life. Homeless, rich grandparents, horse riding school boarding school old walllllllll.
And if it was an important wall designed by indigo jones, wouldn’t it be listed in some way? All of the moss and flowers growing on that wall have got to have damaged the mortar and brick that I can’t even imagine the repair costs to restore it and make it stable and if it’s listed then my gosh the restoration would be even more . Bet then it won’t be “her” wall.

Interesting! So according to Lydia’s ramblings… her bunga is built on the foundation footprint of the outbuilding/home of the gardener for the estate. I believe the kitchen gardens were once in the other side of the walll and why there is a little door in the wall near the area she parks her defender. So I’m trying to find out if the wall is listed . SPP is a grade 2 listed and most of its surroundings are as well, hence I think the wall is listed . I’ve asked a contact to help but they may only reply tonight . Does anyone recognise the wall from these diagrams ???
@Julia123

When it’s next open I fancy a day trip .
I attach some more interesting info. The woodland we see because she’s lobbed the fence down , I’m assuming might be the same woodland mentioned in the attached???
the woodland is part of SPP estate? I’m guessing so .. hence wouldn’t she be trespassing when she walks the dogs through
---
It’s open in may
---
Have to giggle there’s no loo facilities. Do you think she would let us road test her new en suite
---
My contact thinks the wall is likely to belong to spp. she pointed out as well that ownership of a wall would be unlikely to be with the bungalow built after the SPP …..
---
Has she put any trellis on the wall? If so, she’s not allowed without the owners permission …
Just mapped the directions from Jos to Lyds. Jo being on the very outer fringe of the Cotswolds and Lyds being an hours drive to Jos house. Puts a lot into perspective.

So if this is all true, the wall and her property were always a part of the estate and then some of the land and the original home/footpront were sold and developed.
I cannot imagine in ANY scenario that a listed estate would give one of their walls that is connected to the others to be sold with the gardener/keepers home and little patch of land.
Anyways for those who read this… I couldn’t care less about where she lives and what is her property. It’s the constant LIES that bother me. Lies that can be looked up in 30 seconds on Google.
I was just going to post the very same comment. There is a thing here where one side of your house is your responsibility and the other is your neighbour’s but I can’t remember which is which or if it’s a legal obligation.‘… our 500 year old wall’
I tell you: if that wall is ever badly damaged and needs sympathetically (proper use, Lyds) and very expensively repairing, she’ll smart enough deny it’s anything to do with her.

oh goodie then she can pay to have her side restored thanks to the neglect over the years.. cha ching! For us, we're responsible for the right hand side (with our back to the house looking down the garden) - which, following the same logic, would make Lidl responsible for that FIVE HUNDRED YEAR OLD wall
If she can’t clean the bird bath, they better not do a pond. I’m thinking of the stagnant water that cn be quite unhealthyIs that rust in the birdbath??? Why does it look so dirty?
Isn't that two weeks in a row? oh dear he really must be running out of nontent. No shoes to shine Ali or collection of cravats to show us?No flog from the boring lil twit today yet instagram numbers are increasing
