Must be a sampling from her audio bewk… with a highlight reel of past vlogmas intro snips. This accent of hers is a new one to me but I’m from the USA.

No credit to Ali for the camerawork and editing… but she’ll gladly announce on his page if she took a couple of photos.

Is 10,000 books a lot of sales?

I’d love to see the evidence of sales - her book is at 1781 in the Amazon chart. It’s only 1% of her supposed Instagram followers so it’s not a lot at all however I doubt she has flogged 5000 yet alone 10k.

I reckon she's including audiobook listens in this number, because I doubt she's had that many books made. She made such a loss with the globy scheme that she must have been more reserved and careful with physical output this time.

And let's be realistic, audiobooks aren't as high an achievement as selling a physical copy, especially when you can get it for £0 with an audible subscription.

She is wearing Manolo shoes with rhinestone embellishments, and an abundance of eye makeup bordering on hooker level, and he is wearing light colored khaki pants, no necktie, and a casual outdoorsy jacket with a stupid scarf tied around his neck. Are they going to the same event? BTW last year that Emilia Wickstead coat was hideous, and it is still hideous a year later.

Good point! She’s totally counting audio books and that makes sense that many of them may have come with a subscription.

For a person with millions of followers 🤖 that number still seems low but what do I know.
 
I guarantee Lydia will be lying on her sofa watching Josie's vlogmas video's, crying into her pumpkin mac and cheese, munching on mini eggs, and gulping down a full glass of wine spritzer. Correction - swigging wine straight from the bottle and puffing away on a cigarette. I know she doesn't smoke normally, but I reckon she may be having one or two when watching Josie's vlogmas each day to get her through, she wont be able to cope.

The shoes are confusing me. I could have sworn last year when she went to the calzedonia event in Paris she bought black satin Manolos with the brooch on the front. Why in her Tik Tok is she adding an Emmy London brooch clips to the front of a different pair of black Manolos?
 
Wtf is her latest TikTok about? Make up is way too heavy and the faux manic rushing around? If you were in a big rush to get ready then you would literally just be focussed on getting ready and not bleeping about filming a tik tok and including footage of you trying to be all cutesy ramming crisps in your wide open trap. It’s so contrived. They clearly weren’t in that much of a rush as Ali (oh no wait THE HUSBAND as he doesn’t have a name- he’s merely a possession so it’s THE HUSBAND) was in the background in a towel…which we really didn’t need to see!

The spraying of copious amounts of perfume directly on her jewellery as well- WILL SOMEONE PLEASE TELL HER! Her jewellery must be ruined by now. I’m sure the Patek is a rep, there was no unboxing and much like her Hermes bags came out of nowhere with little fanfare. If they were real then she’d do a blog about purchasing it, unboxing it etc.

I agree. 10k books sold but only 129 reviews on Amazon.

Sorry but I don't know if this has already been mentioned. I dont understand why she isn't doing Vlogmas everyday. She makes out she is so busy and super successful as an influencer but like the comment on the YT Vlog said (that was removed surprise surprise) is that she basically hasn't any content because she doesn't get gifted or invited anywhere unlike the other girls.

Why didn't she wait to decorate her house, get her hair and nails done until vlogmas and use that as some content. I can also think of many other pieces of content but they would cost her money and she cant even invest into her own business.

My friend self-published a book, it's on Amazon. I'm not sure about costs for most of those, however a cover designer would have set her back low four figures. Regarding Amazon, say my friend's printed book sells for £15, in the end she receives about £1.50. In saying that her books are printed on demand so there's no waste, unlike traditional publishing. Although royalties are higher with self-publishing, the author receives peanuts in the end (unless they're selling millions of copies to make it worthwhile).

10k is not a lot, and she knows it. There's a smell of desperation in her little hype-up there. Her blind followers will believe it though.
