It is a strange way to do things. One should surely decide on building works first. Get all the major mess out of the way then do main sleeping and living spaces. Suppose they were just very excitable and forged ahead without thinking.

He’s forgetting it’s about the re-saleability not just cost. I’d have thought a side extension would bring in more interest (especially for families) than the pokey dark space they’ve created when they come to sell.
 
Using some stupid app to fit his crappy narrative makes sense though I believe it was by accident than design, he is as thick as pigshit and cannot even measure a kitchen properly so the data would have been all wrong. I subscribed a while back I think I came across a video to do with his new house. I only recently started watching a few videos. At first i thought him and Zara made a bit of an odd couple because like was 100% gay. Now I’ve found out they are not a couple they are just friends 😂

Does anyone know the backstory of Luke and Zara ? Why did they go from flat mates to joint home owners ? They seem like chalk and cheese to me. I can’t stand Zara everything about her just annoys me. She has a resting witch face and I hate it.

They have been sharing a flat since uni days. They both wanted to invest in property so they decided to buy a house together. They are super closer, only go on birthday trips with each other, have a dog and now a house together. They never show their partners online or many other friends.

I dunno why but I find it a bit odd. Maybe it’s an unpopular opinion 😂 they are obviously really really close because I wouldn’t want to buy a dog and buy a house with a friend.

Have they said what their plans are for the future ? What’s the end goal ? I guess eventually they plan to live separately no?

It is odd! The dog thing especially! The house I sort of get in London etc but they are fucked with that house regardless of what the end goal is
