It’s so sad bc with a little bit of self care she would look so much healthier IMO. Like, get into good sleeping habits, drink more water and eat less processed food, throw a hair mask on, get out for half an hour a day even if it’s just round the block, even taking a multivitamin. Her body will appreciate it so much, and in the long term she’ll feel so much better as well, not just physically but mentally.

I don’t want that to sound like a dig at you Lucy, I know how hard it is. I’ve had to make all those changes myself at one point and I’m doing so much better now
