cos she def occasionally smokes them when she drinks to 'fit in' as it is 'cool' 'trendy' and the in thing to be doing
she would never go against a trend let alone set her own lol
 
One thing that’s bugging me is she staying at other peoples houses but really taking advantage, blogging there and cooking all sorts with their stuff. I would feel really uncomfortable if a friend was taking that many liberties in my house. Like sure stay, but don’t take over like it’s your place! Making a whole roast dinner, bread etc.
 
So people have been asking to tip her, but on average people didn't even make it halfway through the video. Am I understanding that correctly?

I actually started watching the video but there seemed to be no resources cited for any of the stats and facts used. How am I meant to take a video essay seriously when I don't know where the information is coming from?

I skimmed the video essay... It's so unimpressive? It's giving influencer sponsored by NHS to tell people to stop smoking lol.
The video essay side of youtube is already filled with talented, intelligent people who have a lot more to offer in terms of their insights, they have clever editing, it's more visually appealing and entertaining... Look at contrapoints, PhilosophyTube etc.
I think if you're going for this basic sit-down and talk format you need to have a more informal/chatty vibe otherwise I just feel like I'm at school

I'm no YouTuber so not familiar with what typical analytics look/what makes "good" analytics, but based on the upward arrow vs. check mark, I'm going to assume the average view duration of ~6.5 minutes on her typical performance. Based on the fact that most of her videos from the last two months haven been let's say roughly 15 minutes, that doesn't seem great?

Also why did she even share the analytics below??? I don't get it.
