Ha, just came to say the same thing. I live in the same town and we're looking for a detached house. I recognised the spotty playroom/stupidly expensive playmat first.

Edit - I get it, to be honest. The footprint of the house is quite small for what will eventually be 4 preteens/teenagers and 2 adults, plus 2 boys worth and 2 girls worth of toys/clothes/bikes etc.

Aww I just tried to find it I can't see it, I think I'm looking in the wrong place. I need a nose 🤣

Rightmove I searched for the area plus a few miles and houses added in the last few days. On for 345k which living in the south east is crazy to me 😂 it's about 380 for a very average old 3 bed with no garage.

Wonder when they were planning to share that news as Lucy kept saying they wouldn't be moving any time soon (loft conversion etc). They'll have to share now that Tattle are on the case!

To be fair to her, she actually needs a bigger house. I doubt it's that she is jealous that Elle has a bigger one but I'd lose my mind being locked down in a house that size with my partner and 4 kids

I feel like a pauper after reading some of these responses😂 surely I’m not the only one who thinks her house is big enough for a family their size?😂 I mean, I know lots of families in 3 ups 2 downs that have more children than them and they survive. The boys have space for their own room, the twins can share, there’s two bathrooms and a cloakroom. Plus playroom which could be converted into extra living space and there’s the garage too. Alright the kitchen isn’t the biggest, but I guess they could extend into the dining room area if they wanted it a bit bigger. First world problems eh! My mum was in a family of nine in a house smaller than that!😂😂

Well, ok, I meant in the context of this family where they buy so much stuff which requires space and can apparently afford to buy Victorian 2 beds cash and do them up.

It's "only" going to require a smallish extra amount on the mortgage here in the South West for a much bigger downstairs. It's a cheap town!

It’s crazy how different it is for each area, looking at houses the same price in that areas some are 2bed I’m from the north in some areas you could get a mansion for that size haha!! I’m in a 3 bed house with three kids and so need to move but we just can’t afford to I would love a house this size as it has an extra room downstairs and the extra bedroom I need 😩😩

No I’m the same I think it is enough for how many children but if they can afford bigger then why not move. I need a house this size but we just can’t afford anywhere bigger but if we could this would be the ideal size for my three kids x

Maybe? I suppose what I was getting at with the size is that they paid a premium for detached (305k), but the footprint of the house is small for the price compared to others here. 3 bedrooms aren't even 12ft by 9ft wide. If they needed to do help to buy maybe that's an explanation.

I think looking at the photos and vlogs and such the house isn’t that big. Yeah it’s an okay size don’t get me wrong for her family now, but I think in the future when her kids don’t want to share bedrooms it wouldn’t be ideal. And with her having a dressing room with the boys and twins sharing there wouldn’t be the space. Also, if she can afford it why not move.

Yeah the girls room is pretty small and I imagine when they both need to move into toddler beds it will be a squeeze. Also poor Jenson would be stuck sharing a room with GBJ forever and I wouldn't last 5 mins in a room with him I bet he can't wait for some peace 😂
