it might be one of those ones for exercise where it helps you sweat more? they come up on my tiktok isnt a waist trainer but kind of is, just makes u sweat more helping you loose weight

she is the only person i have seen who goes to the gym *that* much and somehow never loses any weight - nothing noticeably changed/slimmer about her at all, its weird.

i guess she doesn't realise that starbucks drinks with 700 calories & 42g of sugar in will undo any progress in the gym

Omg please tell me they have… I am from Chatham, and it is a complete shithole. I don’t actually know ANYONE who has not actively tried to move out of the area. Why on earth is an “influencer” moving IN to this area?! Just confirms that she’s a washed up, penniless has been IMO.

hahahaha i’m from the north but my boyfriend is from south east london but a lot of his family are all in kent - chatham is a shithole it can be expensive too, my sister in law is paying 1.4k for rent in gillingham she was defo in chatham cos i recognized the car parks in her story when she lost her car hahah
i think at the beginning of the video she said sometbing about renovations so maybe they’ve bought???
