This is really trivial but it bugged me so much when she kept saying sundays roast instead of Sunday roast 😂. Someone said this before but she kept saying I wan? I’m Scottish and I’ve only ever heard people use wan instead of one. It sounded so odd when she said it instead of won. Maybe it’s a regional thing tho.
she’s from the far north and I think they do have different dialect/emphasis on words so that probably is it.
Why can't she go to the post office and return her own top instead of 'getting' her dad to do it.
Exactly, she has her own car she can drive there it’s not like she’s gonna put her family any more at risk if her dad is going out he could easily bring the virus back to their house.

Her mum is from the ‘Black isle’ I think which have their own unique dialect. Her mum has quite a different accent to the rest of them. So Lucille seems to speak certain words the same as her mum but it does sound stupid saying ‘wan’. The others don’t do it

The poor Dad seems really put upon. He’s the only one working, and seems to be the only one doing the shopping. I think the rest of them are using lock down to behave like a bunch a lazy buggers. Lucille and her Mum both have cars so I don’t understand why neither of them can’t get off their lazy arses and go fo a good shop.

I think it was said that the mother has fibromyalgia and the dad didn’t want her out and about.
But agree about Lucille. She could definitely pick up the slack with getting the food shopping or bringing her own returns to the post office.
It’s just laziness. And probably selfishness too.
Like I hate going out now. I’m sweating going around the supermarket and terrified passing people when they get too close. Even when they don’t get too close. But I have to do it. And I’d never be happy to sit back and send my (50s?) year old dad out while I sat acting hard done by.

Ah I didn’t know that about her Mum.

I went to have a nosey at her page yesterday and well, weightlifting and reading, how does she not just explode with excitement l.
I couldn’t bring myself to click on either video. The video where she was removing her nails, I think I got about 5 minutes in before losing the will to live.
I remember her saying when she edits her videos it makes her feel sleepy. I’m not surprised. 😴😑😴😑

I thought that was kind of odd as well? If four of them put in 2.99 a month the they could have four devices and all use it as they please which would make more sense than Lucille only being able to watch it when Daniel doesn’t. I think Netflix would defo be worth it for them as they could all watch on their own devices and not need to worry about box sets which are so expensive. I know Netflix doesn’t have everything but at least there’s always something new to watch. One less McDonald’s a week and they could afford it easily.
