It’s funny when they go on Take Me Out, or Dinner Date or literally any bleeping TV show they can get on before they get Love Island. Could you BE anymore desperate for clout and fame

Often, producers keep people’s names on books and contact them to do similar shows if they feel they would fit which is why you see people cropping up on different shows from time to time. It also happens with quiz shows. Not everyone has to apply, even though they advertise for contestants as well. Like an earlier comment, I’d be interested to find out who was scouted and who applied.

I want to see a dating show where a load of unconventional characters are put into a sunny island villa for 8 weeks and let them find love.

People who have more than two brain cells to rub together. People who have real life experience, not being insta whores, the hapax legomenon guy. Just people who are actually interesting, and can have an actual conversation that isn't just about tits, abs, dicks, and necking on with each other.

I think people would still watch it. Because the people who hate LI would watch to see real people trying to meet someone.

Doubt any of these are legit tbh. It’s the same thing every year where they leak a fake cast and none of them end up being on the show.

Maura would actually be a really good host. I think Maya Jama is the most obvious fit for the role though if Laura ever gets sacked
