Also the fact Molly is taken about by Tom and what he did with the dog teddy and it wasn’t him it was Callum says it all too.

I just would have loved to have seen them reconciling and winning the show.

Sometimes when it’s done, it’s done. Two very nice people who made it work for a while but when you enter your 30s you really do begin to see the world differently, well that’s what I think, my 30 plus self bears no relation to my early/middle 20s self. But never say never I guess, it’s obvious they’re comfortable with each other on a friendship basis now. I think they live in the same City so pretty sure they’ll keep in touch. Ask them when they reach their 40s how they feel, it will be different to how they feel now and who knows maybe then will be the time; that or both of them never give the other one a thought 😉. We are different at different times our lives. certainly we are happier at different times .. life’s rich tapestry 🤫
 
I think that the villa has allowed Molly and Callum that closure and made them actually become friends. Hopefully they’ll be able to ‘co-parent’ their dog and develop that friendship more on the outside. I don’t think that either of them are particularly compatible with their partners on there, but agree that they’ll take first and second between them.
 
I don't think the islanders decide who goes in the hideaway. Everytime the text comes they all shout for the same couple. The producers obviously decide although I have no idea what their criteria is for deciding. Arabella & Adam (is that his name?!) should be bottom of the list being the newest couple. Sophie & Josh should go in so he can shove things up his arse.

I think either the producers decide and make it seem like the islanders have made a unanimous decision or they tell them to discuss it prior and choose together

But it sounds like Arabella and Georgia H have made it a bigger deal by gossiping to him about it. I’d be annoyed if my friend went and told the bloke I’m seeing that people want me back with my ex. It’s just stirring for the sake of stirring.

Wow didn’t mean to offended anyone. I have a close friend in a similar situation and see a lot of similarities in their behaviour but maybe I am wrong!
 
I’ve noticed that when either Molly or Callum are questioned about getting back together they don’t ever completely shut it down. There’s no ‘100% never getting back together it’s done’ they always say ‘I still care for them…’ ‘obviously I loved him and thought i was going to marry him’ or when the video calls happened Mollys reaction wasn’t to completely shut things down straight away and tell Tom what was going on. I feel like they both have something there for each other and just need the other person to start it off by saying something first, it’s lack of communication. They both think they’re happy in their couples and don’t want to be the first one to state the obvious. Callum even told Tom to pick the teddy for Molly cause he knew she’d like it. I think on the outside, after watching the show back they’ll possibly rekindle. Molly wanted commitment from Callum and after the break up she wanted him to fight for her. I think if he genuinely did that from the start, she would’ve got back with him. 6 months is not really a long time to completely get over a 3 year relationship with someone who you lived with and thought you’d spend the rest of your life with. Just my opinion though.

But how do you know you have a friend in a similar situation? We don’t really know anything about why Molly & Callum’s relationship ended aside from the very few snippets of conversation they’ve had, which were surface level things anyway. It seems more like you’re just projecting your friends situation onto them and making things fit, because your speculation hadn’t once even crossed my mind.

I honestly don’t get why she is so hung up over Josh’s comments.

Josh can act a bit of a prick but I back on this one - why does it matter what he thinks - if she and Anton are so happy together and see it working on the outside, then his opinion is irrelevant.

She is like a broken record now she needs to let it drop!

I do think she likes Josh and that why she is going on and on about it.

I Danni like she’s a sound down to earth girl danni dyer she got it made with Jarrod deffo going to marry him she got twins to him so it’s happily ever after for her I think that the type of like Georgia would like for herself

of course molly gets emotional over Calum she’s probably grieving the relationship

I think molly wants to settle down and wants all the bells and whistles
But Callum doesn’t I think he’s just a no frills type of lad and molly wants more
I can’t see Tom wanting to settle down yet he is younger then callum so molly and Tom won’t work

I think Georgia’s going on about Josh so much because she thinks he’s trying to scupper her chances of winning with Anton for his and Sophie’s benefit by projecting his views onto the public. The fact that he does believe it and the public agree with him anyway is something she’s struggling with. She’s trying to convince the public that he’s wrong and deep down she’s thinking even if he’s possibly right, a true friend would keep his mouth shut. Unfortunately, the more she protests, the faker it looks. They’re all just going for the win.

With her past, on paper, the final coupling with chivalrous Anton should’ve been a winner but her early ick put the mockers on it.
