Fair play to Sean. I reckon it wasn’t so much that he wanted Omar out of the way because of Matilda. It was probably more about the fact that Omar spoke to him like he was a piece of tit in that argument the other day. If someone got aggressive with me like that I’d take the first opportunity to duck them off too!

I agree. Jess is bitter and petty and only out for herself. She jumped on the opportunity to encourage Tiff to end things with Ronnie. They'll all be aware that Casa is coming soon and there will be another dumping before then with anyone not having a romantic connection being at risk. Jess and Harriet are both thinking of their place in the villa at the moment, they surely can't be after him for his looks 💀

Why didn’t he say that then? He said it would help him with Matilda if he was out the way and said he stood by that in the later conversation with Ciaran too.

I feel that you got the wrong end of the stick thinking that I was referring to Jess in 2024 I don’t know how because I haven’t seen any sammy 🙈

In Joey's head he's this star who everyone loves so it can't possibly be him who is the problem. We're no longer watching Joey Essex the character... this is the real Joey and what an arrogant and delusional prick he is.

It annoyed me when Ciaren immediately suggested Grace and Joey are a solid couple so they need to stay and everyone agreed. That's them buying into the whole Joey Essex hype and his false sense of entitlement because he's a Z-elebrity.
 
Just caught up on last night and my immediate thought is that Jess is completely delusional about Ronnie. He’s not been interested in her since the first week, I don’t know where she’s getting the idea they had a special connection from. She far too serious, stony faced and bitter about Harriet, I don’t like that she thinks she’s superior to Harriet either. She needs to stop harping on about being the prize while simultaneously waiting to be Ronnies sloppy seconds.

Harriet is an idiot and coming across too desperate now. Ronnie literally just wants to shag her, their ‘connection’ is nothing but surface level. Ronnies personality is absolutely grim and he’s the worst type of man.

I know Joey has attachment and insecurity issues because of his mum, but I think he’s showing a possessive side. Don’t like how he made out it was Graces fault or why he was coming at Omar. Too entitled.

I think people are overreacting to Sean, I think any of the islanders would have done the same and why wouldn’t you vote out the competition if you have the chance lol. However, I do agree though if you feel you need to do that, it implies the connection isn’t as strong as you’re making it out to be. On the fence whether Matilda actually likes Sean.

Nicole needs to lighten up and learn how to take a joke. Didn’t see Tiffany and the other girl who went over get annoyed they were being eggy boffed the way she did.

Mimii and Ayo are so, so boring they’re like watching paint dry, they don’t bring anything to the villa. Uma and Will are meh.

Konnor seems like an absolute gent, has has the most lovely twinkly eyes and smile. Omar’s chat was a bit dead and the foot fetish was 🤢 but I’d have liked to have seen him stay.
 
Catching up with last night's episode and it really baffles me how Tiffany is putting an act. The 'dumbass' act is really just how she seduces men for some reason because she drops it whenever she's talking with the other women (or Will because she can't date him I guess) and she also dropped it when she cut things off with Ronnie. What a fascinating human being 🤣
 
I don't understand why they didn't send Joey and Grace home. The whole situation is fake as duck. If they genuinely had a connection it would of worked on the outside when they first had a thing. If it takes going on a tv show to actually be together then I'm not buying it. I feel like they had a plan together before going in.
 
I know I’m not welcome on this thread, but I just thought I would add my opinion of Samantha‘s interview on Aftersun. I think she went a little overboard and did come across a bit better suppose she was trying to be real and straightforward but it was just given over, the top
Funny enough, I’ve warmed to grace I think she can do better then Joey
I also think she’s not that into him and starting to see a different side to him
He is completely insecure. That arguments with Omar was ridiculous. Omar is 10 times the man Joey will ever be and I do think Love Island has been his downfall. One reality show too many he’s now showing his narcissistic insecure true colours.

Because then it would be 100% personal between him and Omar.

By framing it as he wanted Omar put the way so he could crack on with Matilda, it’s still keeping in the spirit of Love Island and he did it to get the girl.

Love Island has to be all about finding lurve. It’s not friend island. Or enemy island, for that matter.
