It wasn't even then though because that was S2, and S3 was still raunchy as hell (they were all at it day in day out lol) and then S4 with Meg and Wes getting it on in the day time (well trying to, when Jack kept coming in) so I feel like it was kind of around S5 when it started to be less shown but even then it didn't feel as filtered in that series or even s6
...for me it's s7 when it badly lost its way and became more sanitised and scripted than ever before.
