Yeah exactly. That’s who/what Gemma reminds me of. I feel like that’s why she’s popular with teenagers because they would want to be her friends… but adult hindsight let’s you know those people are usually just making you miserable because they’re also miserable.

And Gemma strikes me as someone who is a bit miserable tbh.

Omg YES!! I have the opposite of RBF. People speak to me on the tube ffs. This is why I never fitted in with the cool kids. Well that and my hair didn’t flick 😂🥲

Yeh I agree, Paige is also boring and dumb af. I don't love Ekin Su but the show would have been less entertaining without her and it wasn't nice seeing them gang up on her. Amber is a bitch, not sure why she's on love island, did her sugar daddy dump her or something? Pretty sure she will be gone.
 
I think it might with Tasha or Andrew. I feel like people will have just forgotten about them. Interestingly though if you’d been voting for couples I think they wouldn’t be in the bottom as the couples are all terrible atm.

Well they're not so cocky now. I'm in my early 40's now (as are they) without a wrinkle, line or gray hair in sight. They on the other hand look like an old wrinkly witches coven

I personally don’t think Gemma is your typical mean girl in a clique. Her friend who was on After Sun looks 10 years older than her which is quite unusual. Think there may be more to her than at face value.

I think Gemma is definitely more guarded but she's had to be - her Dad was a very well known footballer for big teams including England so they'll be well off for one, and I bet she's had a few Faux friend/BF types try milking her for it before. No doubt will happen in LI aswell.

I was also a huge Owen fan 😆 definitely still have a shirt with Owen on the back (Liverpool obvs) and remember her being born though 😪 so old lol

Yeah, I think it’s easy for people in here to say Michael Owen is irrelevant, but she must have spent all her childhood with people wanting to know her because of her Dad. She will have experiences of the press saying shit about her family. I can also imagine people bullying her about it tbh.

(This is all massive conjecture obviously).

I can easily imagine her having a group of close family friends and not letting people in easily.

But she still massively gives off the vibe of “popular mean girl”.

And regarding Faye. I saw that. Absolutely not surprised. IMO the worst contestant ever…
