They get to watch all the episodes that aired except the most recent one and the one they go on. That's what I gathered at least, it's so that they know who's on and what they like, who coupled up with who most recently.

I get the idea paige is a bit scared of ES and isn't brave enough to say what she really thinks around her.

I think Davide was right to be angry. I never got the sense it was that into ES... BUT she was making a fool of him sneaking about with J and stil wasn't even totally honest. She handled it badly, own it.
