And the whole "I don't feel like myself thing". I've said this before, but all the OG women seem less confident as the series has progressed. Maybe Tasha assumed that that was due to her couple, when actually I think something about the "vibe" in the villa is affecting them all. When they were in Casa one of the others (can't remember who but I think Ekin or Gemma?) actually said to Tasha, "we've seen a different side to you here". So she clearly was different in Casa, and probably made the (understandable) assumption that it was because of Billy Vs Andrew, rather than realising that actually she was just thriving being away from the blatant misogyny of the OG men.

Even Tasha whispering to Billy in bed was just her insecurities speaking. She was scared of committing to one guy in case it meant she was missing out on something better. I don't think that's bitchiness, I think it's the immaturity of someone who's never had a long term relationship before and is intimidated by the thought of that commitment. I think a lot of people have those fears, Tasha's just unusual in that she actually admitted it out loud 😂

I promise I'm not Tasha's dad 😂 I just think a lot of how she's been portrayed is due to Andrew not being honest about his feelings and Luca and Dami finding an excuse to be dicks to someone.

ETA- Omg I'm sorry I didn't realise this was so long 😂 I'm just filling the time until I have to rinse my hair dye out.

I think Andrew was all for her from the get go. I really think he does genuinely like Tasha, but I think she put so much doubts in his head as every young lad that walked in through the door she was on top of them which I think began to annoy islanders because she was saying one thing like “I think I’m in love, I’ve never felt like this before” etc and then someone would walk in through the door and she’d be all over them whereas Andrew wasn’t getting to know anyone or even was interested in anyone. I think all these factors is what annoyed people.

She then went to Casa and all the boys knew Tasha’s head would turn once again for the 5th time in the series 😂😂 so they said, well she’s exploring like fuck so why can’t you Andrew? And he did explore - yes he licked your ones tit 🤣 don’t agree with it and don’t agree with him trying to hide it! BUT they’d gotten over all of it and she was canoodling still with Billy and she was telling Ekin that she’s in love with Andrew and next day boyfriend and girlfriend lol it just doesn’t make sense to me.

From she has made Andrew her boyfriend, she hasn’t been in bottom. So she knows her plan is working. Once she gets out and gets another music video dancing with a singer, she be on top of him.

I think she's also been used to being THAT girl that never gets turned down, constantly being told how gorgeous she is and being in this situation (LI) where looks play a very big part in how your time pans out in the villa, when things haven't gone her way because she's not on this big pedestal she's used to, along come the strops and tears. She hasn't yet learnt that there are women out there that are going to be prettier and more desirable than her to some men, but that being said I hope her and Andrew have found happiness. I'll never be her biggest fan, but compared to how I felt about her a few weeks ago, I genuinely wish them happiness.

Although I DO still think 100% that her head is going to get turned once outside, I think she'll definitely do well from the show, especially with her being deaf (and that's absolutely not a slur against her, but all the big names will be falling over themselves to work with her being that she has a disability) and she will be exposed to a lot of good looking guys and attention and I don't think she'll be able to help herself. But I hope not.

No worries on the essay, I'm the master of writing 15 sentences when 3 will do. Reading your post caused me to turn my toast to charcoal, but I'll forgive you 😝😘

I'm not so sure...I think socially she's very backwards being that she spent some of the most important and influential years of her life in lockdown. Yeh she needs to shake that chip off her shoulder, but I don't think it's as black and white as it sometimes looks, especially when she spent that time in a relationship with Skids. Not defending her for the bitchiness or some of the things she's said and done (eye rolling etc) at all, but sometimes I have to remind myself she is still just a teenager and still has a lot of growing up to do. Money can buy you horses, £40k necklaces and designer clothes, but it can't buy maturity

Yeah it's 100% normal. When my husband first asked me to be his girlfriend I said no, didn't want to be tied down. We have been together 10 years and are married with kids.
I don't think me turning him down and keeping my options open made me some evil conniving vilan... just, ya know, a normal person with doubts...

Think your spot on here... would rather Gemma and Luca (sorry can't bring myself use the abbreviations 🤣🤣) be 4th but they really do have a cult following.

I hope love island never lets anyone under the age of 21 on the show again. They aren't mentally or emotionally developed enough for it.

i can’t tell who might go out of Paige/Adam and luca/gemma. Part of me thinks they’re showing us the absolute worst of luca/gemma so it’s a collective whoop from the audience when they go….. the fact that it was probably in adams contract to get to the final will then be overlooked😂

I do want this but I also hate blatant favouritism/advantages which I feel have been there with Adam/Paige since he arrived so I’d prefer to see them go. I think luca would be just as shocked with fourth place so I can live with that.
 
I'm surprised the minimum age isn't 21 tbh. Really they need to be more narrow with their age range if they are going to include 19 year olds. A 19 year old in there with the potential of dating men pushing 30 is just a bit weird. Not saying there is technically anything wrong with it and obviously it happens in the outside world, but mentally it's just such different levels.
 
I do think there is a chance Ekin and Davide could last or for longer than we think. I think they are the only couple this year who could do better together than separate. Don’t get me wrong they will both be very successful separately but imagine what deals they would get together. Only have to look at the boots advert of doing her makeup and how much attention that got. I don’t think Ekin alone doing makeup would have got the same interest. The downside is it will put alot of pressure on their realtonship but they might actually do better in the real world without everyone in their ear

The make-up ad was fab.
I wonder if the other islanders knew this was being filmed .. perhaps not, would have made them aware of how popular ES&D are outside.
I reckon if Luca was the face of any advertising campaign it would put the consumer off, who wants a weasely snarky face telling you how to spend your hard-earned cash 😳
Davide’s gonna have to advertise glasses and sunglasses though 🕶 😀
