I do think they should probably get Luca out at this point though. Heā€™s awful but I do hope they give him some support and prep him for leaving the villa as the chap is absolutely HATED.

Before anyone jumps at me Iā€™m not saying heā€™s not a prick. I feel the need to caveat that in here. I just think thereā€™s a difference to them being On a tv show and out in the real world.

I think itā€™s more the fact that Luca has been acting this way for weeks now, if it was just a one off and he was a bit pissed off then people probably wouldnā€™t be reacting this way. His previous behavior is very concerning though and thatā€™s why people are on him.

The problem I have with this, is the potential that Luca goes down the mental health route and somehow ends up a victim in all of this. I don't want both him and Jacques profiteering off being twats. Luca is a twat, the way he behaved with Danica so early on in the villa was insane and has ultimately set the tone for the rest of the series, there's only so much editing they can do.....he is what he is.

I'm worried that Gemma ends up becoming Jake in all of this.

I hear ya. I'm criticising away at him here but Love Island probably need to have a word and encourage him to head on out the door quietly at this point for his own good.
They can't edit in what isn't said and done. His behaviour is concerning and people are reacting to it. The bad feeling gets reignited when clips like today are shown and it's so close to the end now. He's in for a shock and probably a hell of a lot of trolling.

Oh I donā€™t feel bad. Every year its claimed certain contestants get ā€œbad editsā€ how? Youā€™re judged on what you say & how you act - itā€™s nothing to do with how its edited, youā€™re judged by what you say & do on the show at the end of the day.

The contestants / family members that cry about bad edits are usually the biggest dickheads, like Luca is. It was the same with Jake last year!
 
The whole danica and luca thing I don't think was wrong .I dont agree with anything else but the way he acted then was considerably better than the way amber acted to georgia when georgia did the same thing in season 3 .amber was damnright awful

I donā€™t know He could do that, he might not I donā€™t think thereā€™s a point in getting annoyed to him for doing this until he actually does it. I donā€™t see gemma being the Jake - itā€™s her popularity thatā€™s carrying them. Luca has behaved terribly. Thereā€™s no questioning that and in doing so heā€™s likely bulldozed his relationship with Gemma and any chance of winning the show.
 
Dami has been attacking ekin su for the balcony thing since it happened weeks ago. He said ā€œon your best behaviour yeah?ā€ To ekin when he lied about so many things he did in casa (E.g. 3 way kiss), heā€™s a total hypocrite. He claimed to indiyah that him and summer didnā€™t have anything serious and she must have interpreted it wrong (a lie). He constantly bitches behind andrews back and tells him to leave tasha, but then acts like her friend to her face. He kissed summer in the snog, marry, pie challenge after saying there was nothing there with her, to spite indiyah.

Sorry but Jake was absolutely stitched up for that ridiculous Liberty - the independent woman edit šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚. At least the Gemma exit would feel earned as sheā€™s legit getting out of something unhealthy.

To me, he seems quite entitled and has tried to use the fact that heā€™s a man to justify his sh*t behaviour. I also think he can be nasty when something isnā€™t going his way like he was towards Summer. But he certainly has a few redeeming features, unlike Luca and Jacques. I think Luca should have been in the bottom before now.
 
Maybe this was part of Gemmaā€™s master plan? Sheā€™s not stupid, so maybe she has seen through Luca all along and knows on the outside she wants nothing to do with him. Sheā€™ll know how his behaviour is coming across to everyone else. Now her story can be that sheā€™s binned him off because of how controlling he is.

Ofc theyll probably be ok by the end of the episode šŸ˜‚.
