Random observations:
On Unseen Bits they kept looking at the cameras and smiling like they were smiling at the camera operators. I couldn’t in see it. Especially Paige when they were sat round and the boys were doing their video thing

Ian Stirling said they were drinking non-alcoholic booze. Is that the case do you think?

Jacques is quickly becoming a classic narcissist. Emotional blackmail (“I’ve told you this and because I’ve opened up now you belong to me”) and that whole pool thing. With my ex I ended up talking to no-one incase I got berated for leaving him alone looking like a prick. That whole pool thing was so controlling

Absolutely. She wasn’t even having a ‘pull you for a chat’ type of conversation with Jay, they’re were literally talking about food. I’ve had the same kind of conversation with my mother 😂 ‘you cook this?’ ‘Yeah I made it with the little ingredients we have in this kitchen’ ‘I better stop or I’ll end up eating it all’
Meanwhile, Jaques is filing for divorce and stropping around with his untied shoe laces to make a point 😂 he could have tied them. But no, he wanted her to see them untied so she’d ask him about it and he could patheticly respond with ‘well we were meant to go swimming see so I untied me shoes!’
How dare she 🤦‍♀️

In the villa there aren’t really camera operators, the cameras are the white cameras you see around :) and they will have others behind mirrors etc.

I think do have some where they go for their “chats” but they aren’t obvious to the contestants, otherwise that makes them more aware of the cameras - might well be wrong as this info is from a tour of the villa a few years ago 😊

They don’t let them drink much at all. This has been happening for years now, no more than two glasses a night.

i think paige was smiling at the boys as she saw them filming, same with ekin su. the boys had the phone out that they were filming with and they were all sitting lined up watching the girls drama

also to add to @stardust21, faye mentioned in an interview that they could tell when it is the filming of drama because during her series, they had cameras coming in with cranes during like big nights or confrontations/chats etc. and on normal days they could hear cameras also moving around and zooming into stuff as well
 
The “blue party” outfits reminded me of the Steps video for Deeper Shade of Blue. Actually a lot of their outfits are giving me Steps vibes.
Also (and this is really picky but once you see you can not unsee) has anyone else noticed that Gemma doesn’t pronounce her m’s properly? Is it because of her teeth? It’s like she doesn’t close her mouth properly so instead of “Dami” she was saying “Dari” amongst other things.

my ex used to do stuff like that - use guilt and shame to control me.

it starts off with “look at my untied shoes? See how you’ve abandoned me when I was feeling vulnerable?”

I was naive like a Paige and too nice and non confrontational too.

it soon turned into guilt being the overarching theme of the relationship. If I ever asserted some independence, I’d be guilt tripped for making him feel bad. If I wanted to wear make up on a night out, guilt tripped because I never just wore makeup for him (ya, really).

I really hope Paige sees the light a lot sooner than I did.

I think that’s why he’s laid off Andrew a bit now too.

I think he was initially attracted to Tasha and thought she’d be a good bet to win/stay on the island for longer.

she was paired with Andrew so I think he got jealous and tried to belittle/manipulate/control Andrew

but then he finds out Gemma has a v famous dad and isn’t that into Davide, so comes onto her as she has now become a more viable option.

Miraculously he’s friends with Andrew because Andrew isn’t standing in his way anymore.

Gemma at least gave Luca a dressing down and showed him her boundary while Paige just smiled and be goody goody when inside she was hurt

I agree. I reckon he liked Gemma because she didn’t do what he wanted when he wanted it- I think he wants Paige to be like that so he can test/chase her as he clearly gets off on wanting what he can’t have

Recognised the signs BIG time last night. By the time I left my ex I didn't trust my own mind and couldn't separate what was real or what he fed into my mind. He went to prison for what he did to me, absolute headcase...and I recognised all those early signs with Jaques, even when he was telling her he was happy for her to get to know Jay a few episodes back. Jaques giving her a false sense of security that he's a cool guy with no possessive or jealous traits, when infact, the complete opposite is true.
