Adding to that - the sun can really damage black women hair, the maintenance for natural hair is nearly a full day (wash day) a week and then the daily maintenance can be an hour (making it look stylist), hair products may run out in the villa for natural hair and she may not have access (natural hair products can be costly)


Random fact: black woman add over £2billion in the hair industry yearly. Set to be a trillion this year!

I reckon jakes type is more millie/mary. He’s said things here and there throughout the series that alludes to the trendy Instagram influencer leggy blonde type being more his type. Lib is gorgeous and pulls certain outfits off really well but there’s also something quite different to her compared to the likes of millie and Mary. We have to remember too that Liberty was pretty much Jakes only (blonde) option at the time and they pretty much got stuck together in a sense. I don’t believe he truly loves her.

If he has we haven't saw it. I haven't noticed her changing her makeup at all though her lips are nearly always bright red. They even look stained from red lipstick the now. I'm not sure if she's just having a insecure moment or something. Or seeing the relationship for what it is and finding silly things so she doesn't have a huge blow up.

Exactly.

also some lads just aren’t that deep with their girls and don’t give them compliments. Their banter is teasing. Maybe he didn’t want to have a deep and meaningful cry about why he didn’t like that picture.

I think that he’s clearly not the guy for Liberty but I don’t think That means he’s a bad person and Liberty is really going for the pity card. The girls got into her head.
