Yep, just today I had to have a same conversation pat work about "communication" and someone stating they aren't bothered about the outcome they just want to be kept updated on the process... my response no, you only now want to understand the process now you have the outcome, you wouldn't be in the right place to receive the feedback mid process...! Think this could also apply to Faye!
