I think she's acting undecided until they get the results of the next vote. Since Jake was on the bottom 3 she doesn't want to risk being committed to someone unpopular with the public. She's waiting to see whether the public respond well to her pulling away from him. If they do she'll end it, and if they don't she'll make up with him and go back to pretending to be love's young dream.

Basically Kyler became official and Liberty being a good mate wanted to go and run to Kaz and be happy. Jake was holding her back from the rest of the group hugging Kaz, saying "it's Kaz moment" then when Kaz was done Jake said Lib could now run up to Kaz

It was very strange but also made Lib feel he was acting like this for the cameras
