Here's the thing though - Teddy's kiss wasn't in a challenge, it was a game of Truth or Dare they chose to play (while the girls in the Villa were playing the driest game of Never Have I Ever known to man)

Maybe it's just me, but if I like someone the way Teddy clearly does like Faye, I wouldn't be kissing anyone. Maybe that makes him boring or not LADS LADS LADS but he's a grown man, who clearly has some level of emotional maturity as demonstrated by how he held Faye last night.

She saw the kiss, she saw it happened at night time, she KNOWS the challenge was daytime so she KNOWS it was outside of the "game".

She's hurt. She's scared of being mugged off so she jumps to Sam to save face and hurt him before he can leave her standing alone like an idiot.

She's hard work, she's annoying at times, she could have given him a chance to explain but in her head he's jumped into bed with the first girl he's looked at. I get it. I feel so bad for both of them because I don't think they'll recover from that.

From a TV point of view - GOLD.
 
Unpopular Opinion: I really hope Faye and Teddy don’t get back together. She didn’t apologise and he is a true gentleman. I can’t see them working on the outside and I think he’d be more likely to win with another less bitchy contestant. Because that’s what Faye is. A witch. Being hurt in the past doesn’t give you an excuse to be an asshole all the time. If anyone else had done what she had done in last night’s episode she’d be going mental at them, shouting and screaming etc, yet she can’t even say sorry… it’s actually quite pathetic.

Teddy is officially the first love island boy I’ve really found attractive. I’m in the let’s wait and see camp in terms of him and faye. Part of me would like to see them make it work but part of me thinks him and Millie should get together.
Last nights episode really made me miss Caroline. The difference between her and laura was so stark. Laura was just enjoying the drama, Caroline would have been giving short shrift to the boys!

I assumed the pool kiss was the same challenge as "the shortest girl kisses the tallest boy" etc but they didn't air this kiss because they knew they were sending the postcard in so it creates a narrative.

While I understand what you’re saying, she was being vile and she didn’t know what had happened. Yes it might have been outside of a challenge, but to the boys it was just another challenge in their heads and she didn’t even hear him out.

She was being so rude before he even walked in and he just calmly stood there. She is (currently) incapable of saying sorry, because she is in the wrong.
 
Also, Teddy was flirting with Clarisse so let's not get it twisted that he wouldn't have gone there if Tyler hadn't.

Final thought before I go to work 😂 I can say with absolute certainty my husband would never cheat on me. I could put my life on him staying faithful through our entire marriage. People who have the trust that I do must be a minority because Casa has shown the majority of guys are absolute sleazebags.

I think, sometimes, we forget that these people have only known each other a few days/weeks.

I trust my husband and would be so hurt him for playing truth or dare, but we’ve been together for 7 years. Teddy is on a show where the producers intentionally try and make everyone fancy everyone and encourage them to start chatting to others for the drama.

Well said. I think I would have done the same as her if I were in her position. You don’t want to do an Abi and look like a dick standing there on your own while your fella comes back with someone else. If you’re that into someone then don’t kiss anybody else outside of a challenge.

She started digging at Teddy (by saying he wasn't funny and didn't make her laugh) well before there was any hint of him kissing someone else in CA. I do get that this may have been a defence mechanism just in case he turned out to be a rat but it still wasn't nice (and would be hurtful to Teddy). Maybe she'll be better when someone fully wins her trust but it's always going to be an uphill struggle.

Oh that’s interesting. I took the view that Clarisse moved on to Tyler as she felt she wasn’t getting anywhere with Teddie.

Exactly! It’s not what she’s done or why she’s done it, It’s the way she has carried herself throughout the entire series. I don’t see anything appealing about her.

It’s how we move along after being hurt what matters. It’s awful when people you care about/love let you down but its also a learning curve. Faye is 26, not 16, a woman not a girl and not even capable of saying sorry to Teddie tonight, it was ‘sorry .. but’. An old old saying but for pity’s sake Faye learn to take responsibility.
I see nothing of particular value in Faye as a contestant, for me she distracts not adds to the show ....but I also see the biggest redemption arc ever, Faye loves Teddie and Teddie loves Faye.... the end, fade 🙄

I agree with this. I get she's maybe been really hurt, so many of us have. But I've found her behavior to be passive aggressive ( making quips at people, imposing her thoughts onto a situation out loud where it makes things really awkward for people, and quick to be eye rolling and judgy when she feels insecure- which is a lot. A comic aside- but earlier when she was looking at people explain themselves, her eyes and lips kept freezing in way that reminds me of David Brent, when he's clearly said something that's put people off lol don't ask me how.

I get that maybe she had a hard time swallowing her pride and just let Teddy comfort her instead but she was very very bitter and wasn't short on the snide asides when he was up there quietly just trying to explain himself. I think she proper humiliated him but he's such a mature gent he rose above. But she could have brought herself to apologize after all that.
 
If Teddy takes Faye back, I'm calling Ofcom. He in no way deserved to be treated like she did tonight - disgusting. If she's that insecure, she shouldn't be in the villa but probably therapy to take a long, hard look at herself (and preferably sort her make up out in the process).
Feel bad for Millie - hope she doesn't take Liam back!
